Best Double Pane Window Repair in Phoenix AZ

We ordered Milgard bronze aluminum double pane replacement windows from True View. We love the windows, especially the arched windows in the front of the house. They are all beautiful! So many neighbors have complimented us on them. Chad was our salesman and was extremely patient and responsive with providing timely answers to the numerous questions we had and in working out some unusual window issues. The workmen were very professional, concerned about quality to get the job done right the first time, and they cleaned up the area beautifully. We definitely recommend True View!

When I first met Greg I jokingly asked him if he wrote his own reviews because they were so good. I will happily add an additional excellent review. Greg and his team do exceptional work. The Infinity by Marvin windows are top notch windows. The Capstone Windows team are even more top notch. I’m not a fan of letting a group strangers into my house, but the Capstone team would be invited to a barbecue! Real professional, punctual, polite, smart…all around really great team. I’d highly recommend Capstone, but I’d also highly recommend the fiber glass framed Infinity by Marvin windows.

Shattered a bedroom window and these guys came out and had it replaced same day! I plan on calling them to replace all my single pane windows with low e glass in the future. 5 stars!

Had Bill S. from Window World come to my house to give me an estimate. After looking over the windows Bill tells me that the seals have failed and all I really needed was to just have the glass replaced, not the entire window and frame! The previous window company that gave me an estimate last week, never told me about that option! Bill from Window World was professional and most important HONEST! Travis and his crew were extremely professional, they protected everything in our home while working. Their work was very good quality and they cleaned everything up when the work was completed. Mostly importantly, they enjoyed what they did and had some fun while working. They really enjoyed working together. Excellent product and an excellent installation crew, what more can we ask for.

We experienced great service from Universal Auto Glass. Logan helped us out and she was fantastic. Although we haven't seen the completed work yet, we have nothing but the highest expectations for Universal Auto Glass. We will post an updated review after the work is completed. We completely recommend this business to anyone needing to process an insurance claim! They will work with you every single day that the claim is being processed and give you updates. We absolutely love our four pane multi-function patio door!! Anthony was responsive and a pleasure to work with on the business end; Miguel and Ryan did an amazing job of installation. While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

It was a good experience and I like the windows a lot. Except, the initial quote did not include stucco repair and there was a lot of it, which they don't do. I felt like they kinda left me hanging on a project that aesthetically was far from complete but they got paid and were on their way. Stucco cost me $700, a cost they said just could not be identified until the old windows came out. I think they should have had a stucco guy to finish and I would have paid them, but they referred me to someone that was a pain in the a$$ and I really did not appreciate it.

Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.

Love Touchdown glass Dwayne was super helpful and the price was super reasonable and was waaaaayyyy less than anyone else quoted. If I could leave 10 stars I would. The quality of work was quick and outstanding.

I have been waiting three months for windows to be installed. I have paid half already and plan on selling house end of the month with no options on what to do.
