Best Commercial Repairs in Phoenix AZ

I ordered seven windows in October, with a 16 week lead time. Well They are installed in less than 12 weeks. Crew that showed up to install we completely professional, Windows are exactly as ordered, installed perfectly and everything is cleaned up. This has been fantastic experience I would highly recommend this company.

If you need your windows repaired this is the company to use! Dwayne is awesome to work with. He was timely and checked out the problem right away. He placed the order for the glass and as soon as it was done he was back out installing. Another reason to choose Sunny State is that it's local and they did a fantastic job my new windows look amazing!!

What an amazing expereince from begining to end! They are professional, responsive, patient ( I changed my mind a lot). They were not pushy, and listened to my concerns and made reccomendations. The install crew was quick and polite. Clenaed up very well and loved my dogs. Everyone I expereinced at Freelite is incredible. Thanks !

Jason came out and inspected two windows that didn't close properly. He fixed one of them during this initial visit and had to order parts for the other window. I appreciated his quick response and his expertise. The cost was less than I expected, he was knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for any window repair.

Super friendly staff and excellent work replacing my windshield!

This was my 2nd time having glass replaced by SafePro. From start to finish.. they have AMAZING customer service. The office staff and technicians really do care about the whole customer experience. They got the materials lined up promptly and helped us choose a color that was available and attractive on our house. The roofers showed up early in the morning, so they could be done before the forecasted thunderstorms arrived. They took care to protect protect our deck furniture from falling debris, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Not one scrap of shingle was left, and no trash was left behind.

Waited weeks for appointment to replace slats on 6' gate. Greg shows up late with no materials to do the work. Proceeds to go find materials and returns with nothing. Does nothing. Total waste of time!

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
