Energy Shield was one of several companies we considered for replacing all the windows (19) and French door in our home. They were competitive in their pricing, professional in their offer presentation, and did an excellent job of installation. We could not be happier with their product and their service.

I would think twice before hiring trueview to replace windows. They installed new windows and within mere minutes after they installed, the glass broke on one of our windows. They did not clean the stickers off the windows, left off screws and it was up to us to keep calling and find out when the replacement glass would arrive. Everyone my husband spoke to mentioned they handled what they needed to within their department. I think he spoke with four people at least. No one would call him back. Four weeks later, the installers show up to replace the dual pane glass, and we find out they needed to come inside and we needed to take down our blinds. Both our salesperson and the installers said there’s no need for them to come inside due to the glass being broken from the exterior. The blinds need a professional to be taken down. We now need to pay to have blinds removed, and they would come back to install the glass. We call the office and they are 7 days out before they can come back. I tried to call our sales person, voicemail is full. I left a voicemail with the manager of the company.

Would absolutely recommend, honest and up front throughout the process! My elderly parents had an attempted break in at their home, broke a large front window in the process. Had two other contractors out who told us that the windows needed to be replaced, Duane came out expecting to measure in anticipation of installing a whole new unit, but instead called and told me that we did not need to spend the money on one, and that he would replace the glass right then and there. Definitely one of the last honest companies out there! (The work was excellent as well!)

I highly recommend Valleywide Glass for any home window replacements. I was in need of two window replacements of different sizes and the job was completed in just three business days after sizing, ordering, and installation. The windows look amazing and function great! John was really helpful when discussing options and with scheduling and his field team of Juan and John run a really smooth and efficient installation. The price was very reasonable and fair and Valleywide did not require a minimum of three window replacements to make the trip as some other companies mandate. Thanks, Valleywide Glass!

Ordered a sheet of glass to be 77 x 42 for a table top. Got the sheet of glass, put it on my table top and found that the glass was cut to the wrong size. Somehow whoever cut the glass cut it to be 42 wide on one side and 41 wide on the other side...Understand mistakes happen but how you deal with a mistake is normally when you find out how good or bad a company is. Best glass offered to make us a new piece of glass, which they had to or we would have demanded a refund. I requested that given they made a mistake they should come to our home and replace the glass with the correct sheet.They refused to do that even though this was their fault and said I would need to coordinate picking up the glass. I expressed this would be a severe inconvenience as I'm out of town and my wife has to coordinate getting help to lift the glass. Also have to coordinate someone watching the kids as we can't fit their car seats in the vehicle with the glass in the back. They said there is nothing more they are willing to do to make the situation right.This company made a mistake and did not make it right.

Scott helped me get my roof replaced. Him and his company battled with my insurance company to get it done right.

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.
