Met with Ron today. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came to do one job and was able to fix two other jobs that I needed to be done. He allowed my teenage son to watch some of his work and ask a bunch of questions which I thought was really kind of him. I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

What a great company. Had 3 slat walls installed as well as an entire garage tool cabinet with cupboards. During the initial meeting everything needed was discussed including the installation date. Paperwork was then sent to me complete with diagrams. I was contacted the day before installation and the installation went very well. Ensure to ask for Jacob for a quality installation!

Love Backwood Customs! We had a beautiful wall unit designed and installed in our family room -- wow, what a difference it makes! While there's a months-long wait list, it's absolutely worth it. There's nothing at retail that comes close to it and no one else in the business that pays this close attention to detail.

My experience with castle cabinets was great. I replaced my whole kitchen cabinets with a darker wood finish. Staff was super understanding when I could not make up my mind on the color. After install, my kitchen now looks like a brand new house. Kind, professional and knowledgeable. Recommend.

Great customer service and highly experienced in there craft. I highly recommend getting custom cabinets from them. I had them cut all the material I picked out for ready to assemble cabinetry and that made it easy to buy again.

I have had nun chucks made by woodesign, kitchen cabinets made by woodesign, tv armoires made by woodesign, I have even had a bar made by woodesign. They are the best wood and exotic wood carpenters I have ever come into contact with.

10/10 recommend these guys. An honest and trust worthy father and son team that puts out a great product and a great experience. My wife and I wanted to have a custom vanity made in our master bath and they 100% gave us exactly what we wanted. The quality in their product is there and they even helped arrange getting our quartz counter done which by the way they have an awesome and quick turn around granite guy.
