Best Commercial / Residential in Phoenix AZ

I would not recommend them or use them again. A week after my original install date and still no glass. As of this moment, I have not received a call for my new install date and I already made my down payment. This reason and time is the only reason I am seeing this through.

Dwayne provided great service and was extremely accessible. His staff were compassionate to our situation. And he even showed up early!! You will not be disappointed. Supporting small business is so important also.

I called Valleywide Glass to replace an upstairs bedroom window that broke this morning. When I called, John provided a quote and told me what to expect. I was very pleased that they actually told me what to expect which is so rare today. John was knowledgable, courteous and provided great customer service. Within a very short time frame Alric and Mike showed up to fix the window. These two men were awesome as well! They were professional, quick, personable, and did such a fantastic job. From the first phone call with John to the job being completed, all of the employees that I interacted with exceeded my expectations. Thank you for such a great experience!

Once the replacement window arrived, it was fixed very promptly and professionally.

Fast and good communication throughout the process. I had a broken windshield and a window at my house that needed replacement. They had to schedule two different technicians because their auto glass is separate from their residential glass department. The auto glass was available within 24 hours but I had to wait a couple weeks for the dual pane glass to be ordered. I guess the residential windows are custom made here in Phoenix. The windshield was replaced at my home in the driveway and the technician did a great job. A week or so later my home window glass was replaced and I'm very happy with the way it looks. Great job!

Freelite carries excellent products and great installation. Their finish work is much better than most contractors.

Shane is FANTASTIC! I called him on Friday morning and he fit me in on Monday afternoon. One of my windows was off track and I couldn't open it. He fixed it in minutes. He is fair, honest, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable! Great customer service, you could ask for nothing more! Everyone else wants to sell you new windows and Shane will fix them.
Thank you Shane for getting my window working, so now I can enjoy the fresh air!

Hired Jeremy because I was referred to him through Jim and Dawn from Home Depot. Jeremy came to remove the shower door and I paid him half of the agreed upon fee. However, when trying to get him to come back and install the new shower door the guy kept rescheduling and he was not proactive with his communication. I'd have to message him to ask what time he was coming and then he would have excuses why he couldn't come that day. Lots of good contractors in Phoenix but this isn't one of them.

My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.. no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

Top notch service and friendly helpful staff. We had a couple mirrors cut here. We'll definitely use them for our screens this summer,!

Awesome company to work with regarding our windshield replacement! Sonya was very helpful in walking us through the process and scheduling our appointment. Ron was the technician that completed the repair and was very thorough with us. He explained what he was doing the entire time and the importance of safety in glass. He left me feeling extremely confident with the job. Will refer this group to anyone needing a glass replacement.

Justin from Clear View Glass came out and replaced our cracked windshield today 9/1/2021. He explained the process and then got to it. He had the windshield replaced in about 45min and then walked me through what was required for the next couple of days. He was very professional. Will definitely use these guys again when i need a windshield replaced.

This is my 1st time using Reliable Glass who was recommended by my insurance carrier based on their availability because I needed a windshield replacement within 12 hours. They were communicative and expedient but the 5 star rating really goes to Nathan a.k.a Nate who serviced my car. Nates level of professionalism was top notch! He took the time to show me small but significant details regarding my car I would never have noticed, thought about or any other service provider had shared. While that is amazing the most notable aspect of his service is his TV commercial like personality. In the BEST way. He clasps his hand and holds them to his body mid torso when introducing himself with a voice and articulation that is made for recordings. Nate is an asset to RG and the reason why I would use your services again. As long as you send Nate!

I just had my windshield replaced by Clayton. From the beginning this company was so accommodating in every way. They had it approved with insurance and added me to the schedule before we were even off the phone. Clayton was so efficient, calling me with updates on his estimated arrival and even finished in less time than I was quoted. He gave thorough details on aftercare, and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. It's so great to finally find a company with genuinely nice people and friendly attitudes. Super nice guy from Reliable he came right to my driveway to replace the windshield on my 2018 Lincoln Navigator with the heads up display. He even adjusted the display and made sure it worked perfectly Thank You Reliable Glass!

Jimmy Dougherty was our sales representative and was on-time, answered all our questions and was very professional. The instal crew was there when they were scheduled worked fast and diligently. They finished on-time and cleaned up the work site better than they found it. Highly recommended.

Called last week to get my window replaced. They sent a guy the next day to do an assessment. After the assessment they told me that it'll take 2-3 day to make the glass. I was okay with that. It's been a week now and still haven't received a call from them. I talked to someone on the phone and he just told me that they still need to order the parts. Now I have to wait another 2-3 days and so on. Not too happy with AZ Glass & Door Connection. ??
