Impressive. Our installers were on time, diligent and courteous. The product is truly superior and high end. We looked for replacement windows for a long time and I felt let down with the high maintenance of wood and cheapness of vinyl. Aluminum was what I thought was the most sturdy and effective but with the heat transference, that was problematic. Enter GLASS FIBER extrusion.

Opt for the Awning and or Casement upgrade which is WELL WORTH it! We used to have a slider with the center post and thought none the less of it until Greg the owner explained to us how the awning would transform the view and it did!! Could not be happier.

On the inside it is as if there was no cutting or installation done other than the new windows and outside was far less cutting onto existing stucco than I'd anticipated. Very clean and professional look.

Lastly price. Well... you get what you pay for right? BUT!! The price was less than I'd expected so my wife and I could not be more happy.

As a consumer we all try to get the most out of the dollars we invest and hope to garner more value than the price paid. Most of the time companies fall short but these guys have exceeded our expectations.

Due to a nearby incident, one of my windows were broken. This is a first for me, but I needed a solution. Browsing through different options, I noticed the yelp reviews for this company were pretty high, but they didn't have too many google reviews even though they were positive. Taking a chance, I chose this company.

Needless to say, it worked out just fine. When researching, I had heard stories about extra fees or it taking months to get this kind of job done. Not the case here. Between my initial call and the window being repaired, I think it took about 2-3 weeks. The actual repair itself took about an hour. Price was fair enough, probably even better than some of the other quotes I had seen online.

Overall I would recommend them based on my experience.

I recently had a new roof installed by Phoenix Roofing and I feel I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. The installation date was set and done on time.
If you want your job done right and no hassles this is the right company. 5 Stars on all counts.

This company did a great job for us. We had a leak and they came promptly, gave us a quote and explained what was needed and discussed options. They replaced our roof quickly, since they know we had the leak. They were polite, easy to deal with, and professional and completely cleaned up afterwards. No regrets! Love these windows! The estimated date of install was accurate. We had the entire house done in <6 hours total, including a door installation. The crew was polite and clean as well. But the best part difference in the temperature in our house is AMAZING! The windows open and close like a charm. Do be prepared for a sales pitch during the estimate visit, and for the visit to take > 2 hours. After placing the order, there was a problem. When I discussed it, every one in the company responded quickly and professionally. The problem was fixed ASAP. I am very satisfied, and do recommend this company and product. When you choose them, you will be glad. I hope you enjoy your new windows as much as I am enjoying mine.
