It took him only about 20 minutes to do a complete install. They are on time, Fast, and polite. The customer service is phenomenal. I recently had a technician at my house to repair a chip in the windshield.. After he left I noticed a stain in my driveway from the vehicle. A large area of oil. I contacted safepro by text 3 times. And. And my phone 3 times. All 6 times I was assured the manager would call.. It is now 5 days later. I have not heard from the manager nor do I expect to.. I'm very disappointed in this service. The installers were great the management is terrible
