While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

They were super fast at replacing my 2 automatic door windows. Also cheaper than most places. (Be aware that employees do not wear face masks)

They had 1 job replacing my auto glass and ended up damaging my car, my cowl is completely ruined they pulled on it trying to put my windshield in (they should have removed the cowl not pulled on it to install my windshield) and on top of that they didn't even seed my windshield correctly, and the sides are scratched up they tried to hide the dirty work that they did but did a bad job at it. Never again. If your thinking about them DON'T DO IT!!!!!! You will thank me later.

Not only did I waste half a day waiting for my windshield, but they broke it while putting it on. They said they could have another the next day and would come to me. They never bothered to show and stopped answering my calls and won't return my messages. They took my rear wiper off to replace the glass and were supposed to bring it on the second day. So not only am I out all the wages I could have made while waiting, but now I have to replace the whole wiper they took off of my car and won't give back to me. Worst possible business to ever do business with.

Was recommended by local Chandler company, but did not show or call. Finally reached and they indicated we were too far and if we could reschedule. Not sure why this wasn't determined during original scheduling? Why schedule??...They were recommended... not reliable. :(

Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.

On 7/14/2016, Jason and Derek installed our two sliding glass doors. They both were very good and professional doing the installation, cleaning up afterwards and very polite.
We were very Happy and completely satisfied with the installations and their professionalism. Our 2 doors are very beautiful, and we feel that you have 2 very knowledgeable installers.
