This is our second time using Illumination - a couple years ago to replace our windows and now to replace our front entry door and side exterior door. I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

If you want to use a company that is well
priced against the competition, Optum is for you. Not only are they very well priced but the salesman are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will educate you and help you design a beautiful shower or tub. I would recommend Optum to anyone.

In the late part of 2011 I decided to replace three windows in the front of my home. I secured three bids including Renewal by Andersen because of its reputation of being one of the premier window manufacturers. I was impressed by the sales representative by his professional approach, his knowledge and his product. I was especially impressed by the fact that no stucco or paint damage would result from the window replacements ( the other two bidders did not offer the same guarantee). The windows were installed in January, 2012 and met all my expectations. The job was completed in one day by a crew of three. They were thorough and cleaned up the inside and ouside prior to departing. I am very satisfied by the appearance and functionality of the new windows and will definitely use Renewal by Andersen when I am ready to replace my remaining windows.

Called and after getting all my information they said they would call back. They called me back. That was nice but then they called over and over and over trying to sell me windows and doors. Super heavy on sales and light on customer service. Huge waste of time.

I signed with them and had to cancel which was within the 3 day cancellation window as allowed, but they never returned my 50% ($2,400) deposit. I’m an older woman living on a single income and they took $2400 from me for absolutely nothing. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night doing business like that. They gave me the run around for months instead. It’s like Tammy Robinson likes to play with people. Beware.
