I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! Our large bathroom window broke from a rock kicked up from our lawnmower. Dwayne from Touchdown Glass gave me a quote over the phone that was so much more reasonable than the other places I called. It was actually hundreds less! He met me at my home exactly when he said he would to take measurements and showed back up to fix it when he promised. He fixed the window while I was at work and did an amazing job. Dwayne was honest, trustworthy and professional. He cleaned everything up and texted me a picture when everything was done. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I am an extremely satisfied customer and will highly recommend Touchdown Glass to all my family and friends.

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.

Avoid this company at all costs. Signed the contract with Trevor (even though I didn't like the high pressure technique) February 2020. It's now March 2021 & my house only has 3 of the 5 windows they were suppose to replace done. The 3 windows that were installed last year are subpar at best. One of the windows was clearly too small & they used a bunch of small wedges to make it centered & did a terrible job of sealing the gaps. The owner, Tammy, came out once in the summer & tried to say they wouldn't continue with any other windows being installed because my home had a roof leak!! But she told me not to worry because she knows a great roof guy! BUYER BEWARE when a window company is trying to sell you a new roof. This company is terrible. When they finally called to say they have the other 2 windows in stock they can't schedule the install until the last week of April 2021, literally 14 months after signing the contract. They never call back, customer service is non-existent & literally the new dual pane window they installed leaks more air than the original single pane 1990 window it replaced. Multiple times I've requested to just call it a wash & have them void the rest of the contract since they can't deliver on the windows & they refused. When I said how the new window installed was terrible Tammy said she'd have the window manufacturer get in contact with me, that never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.
