Called Handyman Connection and Patrick came out and was very friendly and no nonsense, and got me an estimate by the end of the day. He fixed it the following week and did an amazing job! Thanks Patrick!

I hired Derek at Keten Maintenance & Repairs to do several jobs at my business, rental property, and my personal residence. Here's why he's the guy for the job:

1. Punctuality - For years I have had issues with handymen being late and oftentimes not showing up at all. Derek is always right on time and doesn't waste time between tasks. I always feel I get every penny's worth on my projects.

2. Honesty - Derek is 100% transparent with the cost of supplies. He even accompanied me to Home Depot to help me select the right hardware and project items to ensure I didn't overpay or end up getting the wrong items for the job and used several pieces of hardware he already had on his truck at no extra charge.

3. Amazing attitude - I have dealt with handymen in the past that feel their skillset is too advanced for small tasks or basic things I simply don't have the time to do myself. Derek was friendly, personable, and enthusiastic about every project I threw at him, from complex tasks like a custom hinge replacement on a self-closing door at my restaurant to weed removal at my rental property. He was not only happy to help, but was genuinely enthusiastic about adding the work to his day's tasks.

4. Fair pricing - Derek proved to me that he is an experienced problem solver with a deep set of knowledge from years of professional repair and maintenance. There wasn't anything I had for him that he couldn't do and do well. The bang for your buck with him his the best I've experienced in 15 years of using handymen in the Phoenix area. My prior handyman recently retired and Derek was happy to match his rates and pick up where he left off.

Derek is the prototype for a great repair/maintenance/handy person. Save yourself the frustration of being stood up by other less capable and more expensive people and add him in your contact list.

I am very pleased with the work John did at my home. I now have a new bedroom door and a fully functioning bathroom once again. I will have more home repairs coming up soon and now I know I can feel confident in calling upon Arizona Maintenance Service and John to do the work and know I will be charged fairly as well. Priority One gives their best handy work. He not only replaced a ceiling fan, he also fixed our back door and frame. His team also fixed our brick wall after someone crashed into it. Not only did the wall get fixed, but also painted for a good price. He's reasonable, fair and honest. I have more work needs to be done around the house and I'd rather call Priority one. The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks. The experience was professional and quick overall. Thank you, Joe!!

I called Greg Knutson this morning for a garbage disposal issue and he came the same day and fixed it! He did a wonderful job at a fair price, and did professional quality work. We will be using him again and recommend him to others.

Jeremy has completed multiple jobs on my rentals from construction, repairs and miscellaneous jobs. He has completed the jobs on time and at a fair price, I would recommend him highly.

Called Greg in a pinch with a plumbing issue. He was quick to answer the phone and fixed the problem the same day. He was easy to work with and communicative.

Oh boy I hoped to forget this incident but here comes a reminder to review from Google when I am looking for a handyman this time...

I got about 1/3 of what I paid for. First job was to install a range hood with 6 inch diameter vent. Company sent one handyman for what was definitely a two person job. He ultimately got the hood up with my help (I happened to have the morning off) but ended up missing the mounting brackets, which had to be completely redone by myself and family, causing a several month delay to find enough time to do the job.
Second job was to install a garage door opener, which he did. However I specifically had the office employee note the existing prewiring and pointed it out to the handyman before starting the job. This time I was not around and returned to wires stapled to the ceiling and walls. The lack of attention to detail on both his and the office employee staff is disappointing. It makes me doubt the experience of the company as a whole if they didn't know what prewiring looks like.
I feel bad for the handyman since he was genuinely trying hard, yet shoddy work is shoddy work.
