Best Wood Destroying Inspect in Phoenix AZ

I have an elderly neighbor that had a gnat infestation, both inside and outside her home. When I went to her home, I could not believe what I saw, there were thousands and thousands of gnats all over her front porch and inside her home. I called several pest control companies that either couldn't come out or didn't know what to do with gnats. I had one tell me this will be a several week project.I finally called Urban Desert Pest Control and was able to speak with the owner Brad. He understood my problem and rearranged their schedule and came out to help me. This company is the BEST!!!Brad went above and beyond for a new customer. He didn't care that she wasn't a current customer, he wanted to help! I think he could tell the desperation in my voice when I called.I highly recommend Urban Desert Pest Control for any of your pests needs. They know what they are doing!

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

I have used AZEX for over 3 years. Since they have been spraying, we have not had any problems with any bugs. This includes the recurring ant problem we used to have in the spring. In addition, their personnel are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable - especially Dallas, who is our current tech. AZEX is the only pest control company I will ever use.

I called to have my home serviced. I scheduled an appointment and the tech never showed. No one called to inform me that he was running late or couldn't make it to my house. I had to call out of work so I could meet with him.

Way overpriced!! More than twice as much, i guess it depends on your situation for me i was selling a house and this was the estimate given so i went with another pest control to trwat termites.
