This is a company who prides themselves on excellent customer service, quality product, and values their employees. We’ve been with them for about 6 months now and our peaty problem has been taken care of! Our technician, Parker, is very enthusiastic about tackling our seemingly never ending outside ant problem. He has excellent communication also and is extremely friendly! Lastly I love the punctuality, parker has been timely to everyone of our appointments. This company will tell you down to the minute what time they will arrive. This is the one for you, try it!Been with this company for almost 3 years, absolutely love it! Our new tech is Matt and he does a fantastic job keeping any critters away!!

Really great experience -- extraordinarily helpful under such stressful circumstances! I was being bitten (and swelling at each bite!!) every night and the company my apartment manager sent over didn't find anything. I thought I was going crazy. I called Arizona Heat and Leonard found the bed bugs living inside my bed frame and sprayed. Thank you, Leonard! The entire company has been nothing but kind, professional, and helpful. They scheduled my appointment right away, I received my invoice via email immediately, they always knew exactly what they were doing, and (most importantly) they got rid of the bed bugs!!

We had a minor scorpion issue and different insect issues outside. Joe recommended to put down a granule and then wet it. After wetting it we found many bugs dead on our patio two hours later. We were amazed on how fast the product worked and continually works. We also used a recommended spray and followed the instructions of spraying on the ground and along the walls. We have been basically bug free ever since. We also used the outside spray inside and have not seen a scorpion since. Thanks Joe for the good products.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

I am very pleased with the service that Bulwark provides, they've been taking care of us for years!. Very thorough job!! William was very pleasant and made sure he addressed my bug issues. He replaced my traps in the garage and made sure to spray around doors and windows along with putting out granules in the yard. William did a great job!

Nick got us on his schedule quickly, worked around our busy life, and kept us updated on exactly when to expect him. He was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain how the product worked, and assured our pets and babies were safe around them. He mentioned areas that he had assessed needed to be treated more heavily, like specific bushes in our back yard, and asked if there were any specific problem areas I had noticed in the house. We will absolutely be using Fromms Pest Control for regular service and will be recommending him to all our friends.

My equipment is leaking at the pump (small pin hole in the metal case) and the shroud is cracked. We bought the equipment less than two years ago but have only used it about a dozen times and it has been garage kept. They told me there was nothing they could do about the pin hole as they didn't believe the pump manufacture would cover it. They never bothered to get back to me about the shroud. When I bought it they delayed shipping also. Save yourself some aggravation and buy elsewhere.

I have used Snyder's Weed Control since we built our home 22 years ago! Obviously, I'm very pleased with their service. Now, with aging, I'm not able to water my yard within 2 weeks and they are very nice about watching the weather to schedule weed spraying a day or two before rain is in the forecast.Nancy Stutman, Sun Lakes

I came in earlier this week because I was out of the pesticide I usually use to control scorpions outside my house, and I also was looking for suggestions on a better product to use. One of the employees suggested I use Demand CS for scorpions. I took his advice and purchased it, though it was more money than I wanted to spend. The stuff works great. Never used to see dead scorpions in my backyard but now I do, and it lasts 3 times as long as what I used before. I didn't ask a lot of questions because I know enough of the basics, but I'm sure someone that needs detailed advice could go in to this store and get the help they need. My only ding i could give this place is that, of course, shopping online is cheaper. In any case, if you need something to kill bugs, bottom line, go to this store. DO NOT USE THE STUFF FROM WALMART OR HOME DEPOT.

With the insecticides and equipment from this store you are literally using what the pros use at a VERY small fraction of the price they would charge.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.

Craig Chapman, owner, doesn't show up as scheduled. Doesn't service his work. If u call regarding a problem he doesn't respond, u need to continually call the office who doesn't answer or return calls. Overcharges. Say they take cr cards and then demand cash or check upon completion of work... threatens a lien if u don't have the funds at the time. Don't use this company... you'll be sorry.
