They require payment upfront and then never actually come to do the work. They actually stated that they had come to do work at a certain time when I was working from home and I know for a fact they were not there. Personally, I feel I should just need to look outside and KNOW they have been there. I have left messages requesting a refund for their “service” as well as termination of any upcoming service and of course have heard nothing back. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Very disappointed. DO NOT USE THEM!

In today's world the cost to quality of this company is poor. They trimmed a bush I clearly instructed not to touch, only certain crews actually took care of the weeds. Today was the straw that broke it for me...they were to cut the root ball growth from my orange tree and instead cut off all the orange blossoms and fruit. I do not recommend this company.

I hired regency landscaping for sprinkler repair and landscape services. They charged me for the services and came out to fix the sprinklers with the wrong part- twice. Then they dropped off the face of the earth. No returned calls, no returned texts. They will take your money and refuse to return calls or perform the services. Hire anyone but regency.

Craig Chapman, owner, doesn't show up as scheduled. Doesn't service his work. If u call regarding a problem he doesn't respond, u need to continually call the office who doesn't answer or return calls. Overcharges. Say they take cr cards and then demand cash or check upon completion of work... threatens a lien if u don't have the funds at the time. Don't use this company... you'll be sorry.

Todd does a Great job spraying my olive trees every year! Highly recommend!!! Very reliable and very reasonable prices.

Did a good job 1st couple of times, after that they never call if they are going to be late, and a few times they never even showed up or called, sorry to say but I would not recommend them.

Please stop putting your advertising on doors which say No soliciting in Gilbert. It's against the law here.
