They do a good job every time they spray for our bimonthly service.

We were doing some remodeling and once the carpenters opened up a wall we could see that there was an issue. I notified the company because we had a warranty with them and they came out within 24 hours. It was excellent service. I could even text message them which made it so easy! Excellent service!

We began using Mastertech services for our pest control last year and have had excellent service during each treatment visit. The representative Zach is extremely professional and knowledgeable re: pest control issues in the Phoenix valley-we know because as transplants to the area we have had to ask lots of questions. Most importantly we have had no pest issues since we began home treatments. My wife and I would highly recommend Mastertech Pest Solutions.

I have used City Wide for many years, after my parents referred me. Our “Bug Guy Dave”, as my little girl calls him, has always kept our homes pest free and is incredibly reliable. He texts the night before to remind us what time he’ll arrive the next day, and we look forward to seeing him because he’s so personable, always has a smile on his face, and is an expert when it comes to identifying and keeping out the pests we don’t want in or around our house. The level of customer service Dave provides is rare and very much appreciated.

Excellent company! I can't stress it enough. My wife and I have been battling rats for months. We hired other companies but none of them could resolve our problem. We called Critter Ridder and Jason came out to our home and quickly found the problem. He had his technicians get right to work and after a few of days (and many captured rats), we are delighted to say we no longer have any rats issues! Thank you Critter Ridder for an outstanding job.

Adam is the best in the business. Does such a fantastic job of educating you on what’s going on and how to prevent future pests. He’s treated our home for separate issues 3 different times, have never had an issue with that specific pest again after he has come. He’s also extremely affordable, fantastic value for top quality service that goes above and beyond.

Let me start off by saying wow! This company goes above and beyond. Very friendly and communicative and know exactly what there doing. Very experienced. We had an infestation of crick-it’s when we moved into our house which also led to scorpions they came out for there initial spray and haven’t seen one since! I got there number while i was working on someone’s home doing remodeling and there house was infested with rats and let me tell you I’ve never seen so many rats especially as big as they were. The next week i went to complete my remodeling job and they had bags and bags of rats. This company is the absolute best and would definitely recommend to anyone. they even do bee removal.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

Aldo was very responsive and called me literally moments after I clicked for more information. When he set an appointment he showed up on time and respectful of the property. I appreciate that he was constantly giving us information about what he did and did not find and provided solutions for the issue he did find. I would definitely use Arizona's Exterminator Co. again. I’m not always very impressed but this company is very professional, knowledgeable and the technician answered my many questions and I didn’t feel like I was taking too much time! We've had great service from Alliance for the past 6 years and previous owners of our property used them as well. The schedulers call each month to let us know when the technician will be at our home. If we have any requests they alway respond in a positive way.

our family has had Truforce services for about 3 years now. They are consistently great. When you call, you always end up speaking with someone friendly with great customer service skills. The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with. If you need help quickly, they do their best to get someone out quickly. This company really knows what they are doing! Will always recommend them to anyone who needs pest control services.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
