We bought our home new in 2014, the day after closing I had Bluesky do the initial spraying. We have been pest free since day one, with Bluesky coming every other month. Bluesky are not only the best but their people are also incredible. I can't say enough about their service and customer relations. Also their prices are way better than the competitors, actually they have no competitors they are in a class by them self.

My wife and I are very happy with the service. They are always very accommodating and will work with our schedules since we both work. We have experienced no bug or scorpion problems since using Green Home Pest Control while our neighbors still continue to have the bug problems. Crew was friendly and quick. They had bees removed in 1 hour. Experience with office was sketchy, they sent a man out to inspect the tree, but still could not give me a quote, instead it was an open end quote with a cap of $1500.00. Job ended up costing $485.00 for the hour they spent on the tree. Not sure if that was fair as I had no other quotes to compare with. I trusted them because they worked with the company that was cutting my tree down. Next time I will shop around.

I recently moved into a new build home with lots of construction in the area stirring up pests. Primarily crickets and silver fish, but I also noticed A LOT of big ugly wolf and brown recluse spiders. With a crawling infant and a curious dog, this terrified me. Rove has been excellent and the rep who usually comes out and performs my treatments has gone above and beyond each time. Eric always makes sure we are not seeing any increased activity around the home. He even removed a GIANT spider that set up shop on my patio. I only tend to see more critters a day or two before my treatments are scheduled, which makes sense, and once the treatments are done, they stay away for nearly 3 MONTHS. Great value, great service. I'd recommend to anyone who needs to get their insect problems under control!

We’ve been using this company since we bought our house 6 years ago. They do our termites every year and we get sprayed for pests every 3 weeks because we have a lot of scorpions around us. They do amazing and we’ve always had TJ spray. He’s so thorough and suggested a few years ago to do our attic and now that we do that once a year we haven’t had any scorpions in our house (knock on wood) and whenever we see one outside it’s always dead. TJ has also gone above and beyond to try and get to our house before I have to leave for an appointment whenever I have one on the same day because we have a toddler and baby and really need to stay consistent to not get any scorpions in our house with the kids. He’s also so nice and we’ve always felt really comfortable with him. We’ve had different people do our termites and they’ve all been nice and thorough too.

Thank you so much for helping me with my bird nesting problem on my patio. Last spring I was at my wit's end fighting 3 and 4 times a day, every single day, to keep the birds from nesting on top of my roll-a-shields, not to mention the mess they were making on my patio with the nesting material. You found a solution that not only works but the appearance is also neatly done at a very reasonable price. Thank you, so much.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.
