Best Space Treatment in Phoenix AZ

Researched many pest control companies in the valley before selecting Bills Pest Termite Control, Bills was highly rated and I understand why. Jonathan Logan one of the inspectors came to my home 9 months ago and thoroughly inspected my property, inside and out. The price quoted for treatment was very fair (termites), additionally he said I could wait until spring for treatment, I appreciated that as Christmas was coming. Fast forward....well past spring, now July, I finally called Bills back to schedule treatment. The representative that answered the phone was extremely friendly and stated they would honor the quote from the previous fall, and scheduled my treatment to accommodate my work schedule. Michael, the treatment specialist arrived on time, was extremely polite and knowledgeable and went to work immediately. He even helped me move items away from the walls in my garage....in 100+ degree weather. Upon completing his work he left my property neat and clean, and left me with thorough instructions on post-treatment inspections, their warranty and annual service. I am extremely happy with Bills Pest Termite Control. Everyone who I have come into contact with at this business have been professional, courteous and very friendly. I absolutely recommend them!

Was very pleased with this company. Explanation of how they bill to texting me since I work and can't take calls, it's very efficient. Tyler was my rep and he's very nice and kind, respectful of space and non judgemental. I would recommend this company. I am just starting out to use them, but compared to green mango, InsecTek is the company I will be using. First spray so we'll see how the spray works. Thank you Tyler for being kind.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. They are HIGHLY unprofessional. BEWARE if you attempt to cancel because they will hold you hostage. My business called to cancel services in May and after 2 months and 4 phone calls, we were finally able to speak to a rep in the District Office SIMPLY TO CANCEL. After speaking on the phone, we were told our services were canceled. However, come August, a technician showed up at our place of business to spray. WE assured us back in June we would not be charged and a technician would be notified NOT to come out. Now, it is the end of August and we are getting harassed by the company to pay an outstanding bill for which we were told by their BILLING department that it would be cancelled out and the employees confirmed our cancellation of service is noted in our account on their end. My last phone call with Carly from AP was highly unprofessional; she was unable to resolve the issue and I was met with the fake apologies I have heard for the last 3 months from WE employees and met with false promises to resolve the issue(s). Carly stated, I do see in your notes you cancelled. Hopefully your invoice dispute will be approved. I have now had to involve the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General simply to resolve the matter with this business. DO NOT do business with this company.

I have been using Frontino for the last year and they are absolutely amazing; every exterminator I have had out to my house has been very friendly and knowledgeable. We started using Frontino pest control after we had an infestation of ants in our kitchen, after looking at other pest control companies, Frontino was able to come out same day and give us a good price on quarterly services. I appreciate how responsive they are when requesting additional spraying in between quarterly appoints and will continue to use them for any future homes I purchase. I personally would recommend them to all of my friends and family

Jackson knocked on my door and explained his services thoroughly and clearly. It came at the perfect time as we have had a series of problems specifically with ants and roaches. He also explained that his product is safe on plants as this was important to me due to our backyard garden. Seth came later in the day to do the actual spray. He also provided a recap of what Jackson had previously explained. I was quite impressed with both Jackson and Seth as they both were extremely professional and patient. They took the time to listen and explained what to expect after the spray. I felt that they answered all my questions before I even asked them. Thank you so much for your work.

We have used Russell Pest for 16 years & it's the only company we use. I appreciate that they contact me each month by text to let me know when they will be in the area & do we want service. The techs are always courteous & text me If they are running early or late.

My husband & I used Bug science for a termite & pest treatment. Matt was very informative & professional. They completed their work in a quick & timely manner & answered all our questions.

I never write negative reviews but now I think I have to protect other consumers. Pauls Pest Control was recommended to me by my hard wood floor installer. When my wood installer was prepping the house, they saw termites and told me to call Pauls Pest Control. Paul is a relative of this wood installer. Pauls pest control people come out and checked my entire home, drilled holes and put in what they said was their the best termite control product inside and outside and gave me a warranty. One year later, My beautiful new wood floors were buckling and lifting from hundreds of termites. Pauls men came out and treated those areas. I called again a few months later when I saw more damage on the floors and the front door was splitting. They treated a small area of the wood but they wouldn't treat my front door because my husband used Raid to temporally get rid of them. It was obvious that the Raid was a quick fix because you could see the damage, but they still refused to treat for termites.

Now, a few months later when I saw more even more termite damage on my wood floors, I asked Paul, the owner, to come to my house and and make a plan to get rid of termites before I put the wood down again. He promised to call me with a treatment plan. He never called, even after I left a message. Now, 2 months months later, the front door is ruined from termites.

I would say Pauls and his Pauls Pest Control didn't honor their warranty or his promise to me. Be very careful who you use. Get a referral from friends that have been happy.
