As of today I am currently waiting on results, however my experience thus far with this company has been exceptional and light years above my previous experience with another company in the valley. From the inspection done by Jeremy to the termite treatment performed by Sean, both were punctual, informative (they answered all my questions and concerns, and I had a lot), professional, respectful, and courteous. Thus far I would recommend this company if you have termite concerns.

Service Manager Chris Krchnavy is very professional and truly cares about the customer and their home. As a Tenant i did not order myself the services of this company, but my landlord did. A couple weeks ago, this company came over to spray for bugs, and two days later my sweet dog Dolleke was bitten by a brown recluse spider. Without blaming any one, I let my Landlord know and she said that 10-03 the technician would come again to spray. We are now 10-04, one day after everything was sprayed again and i just noticed outside the biggest German Cockroach I have ever seen in my life running so fast from me, that I could not get him. Makes me wonder if you guys are spraying with water and billing my landlord just pretending *job is done* ?

They drive their van super aggressively and unsafely, weaving in and out of traffic on one way residential streets

William and Jennifer have been treating my home since I moved to Arizona. We had a terrible infestation of roaches when we moved in, and they were gone after the first treatment.

About a year after we moved in two of my kids got stung by scorpions within a week of each other. William and Jennifer were on their way out of town and dropped everything to come treat the inside of my house. It’s been three years since and I have not seen a scorpion since.

I completely understand the science in the solution they use (thanks to William) and understand that it is completely safe for my kids and pets, but deadly to bugs and especially scorpions. I have used A-Agents for over a year now and also no bugs/ants for a year. Their entire team is courteous and helpful with scheduling my monthly service. Could not be happier with Vintage Pest Management! We moved into a scorpion infested home and have not had any issues since we started routine service with them. Every staff member that we have talked to and owner, are very professional and always take the time to listen and answer all questions. Kyle is usually who does our treatments and he is very knowledgeable. You can tell he enjoys his job. They do a thorough job and and I highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.

Nick got us on his schedule quickly, worked around our busy life, and kept us updated on exactly when to expect him. He was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain how the product worked, and assured our pets and babies were safe around them. He mentioned areas that he had assessed needed to be treated more heavily, like specific bushes in our back yard, and asked if there were any specific problem areas I had noticed in the house. We will absolutely be using Fromms Pest Control for regular service and will be recommending him to all our friends.

I had a massive ground beetle infestation at my commercial building shortly after the monsoon rains a few weeks ago. I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. Good service, good results and the price was fair.

our family has had Truforce services for about 3 years now. They are consistently great. When you call, you always end up speaking with someone friendly with great customer service skills. The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with. If you need help quickly, they do their best to get someone out quickly. This company really knows what they are doing! Will always recommend them to anyone who needs pest control services.

I had a warranty and there giving me the run around to send out a technician to come out and now there number goes to the answering service when I call i would not recommend this company at all..they didn't have a problem answering my call and charging me $600 but now all the sudden they don't answer my calls it is a shame that I used them in the first place..
