The technicians that provide the bimonthly pest-control service are pleasant, efficient, hard-working, and knowledgeable. They aim to please and, in addition to the obvious outdoor treatment, are willing also to do an interior treatment when asked to do so...at no extra charge.

I have used Insectek for a year now. They always email a few days before they come, and are consistently on time. The technicians are always respectful and friendly and ask if there are any problems. We have had a bad fire ant problem in our backyard for 20 years, but after Insectek started, we can walk in our grass without getting bit! Since Insectek became our pest control service we haven't seen any bugs inside the house. They come 4 times a year and the price is the same as other companies we have used.

I have several opinions about the different services I use. The good one first: I have every-other month pest control. My guy Seth is the best. He is conscientious, and is impeccable about getting all the spiderwebs, etc. If I have to recall him in between-times for a problem, he comes within a few days. Now for the bad: I also have a Termite contract with this company. Before the company, AZ Exterminating was bought out by Western, they were great. Now if I have a Termite breakout, I can wait up to 3 weeks for service, which is supposed to be quick during active activity. The annual bill is set up to be taken automatically, but now no courtesy call or email to make an appt for my covered annual inspection and to refill my termite spikes. Without the inspection, the warranty is affected.

The same person comes to my house each month. I love the communication. The exterminator texts me the night before to let me know to expect them. They text me when they are on the property. They let me know of any concerns. I have used the same company for 13 years aand have been very happy.

I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and take care of my termite problem, they were very thorough and explained the process, and their prices were better than the competition. Highly recommend!

Stuart and his team handled our “not so pleasant” situation beyond our expectations! We had tenants in our property in Scottsdale and we could not have managed our tenants without their help. We paid another exterminator to take care of a supposed rat problem in our attic. After months of them telling us-there is still activity, but no rats in traps yet, we fired them and did a few estimates with other exterminators who wanted to charge us 500-1000 dollars without even looking in our attic first.

Brought in Critter Tech, Jason did an AMAZING job actually going in and assessing our attic, discovered that part of the problem was birds and not rats, and even let us know how to handle potential issues on our own in the future.

Terrible service. I still have guaranteed with them and called them out to treat. First they scheduled out so long and I decided to call them back to ask if the can come sooner because I found too many termite activities so I don’t want to wait that long. The front desk lady said she will have someone call me back to schedule sooner but they never called me back. Then the day they supposed to come, I asked if they can call me 30 mins prior arrival because I need them to inspect my whole house. Waiting all day and no one called. By the end of the day I called, they says someone already came abs treated it. I took their words for it. A month later I saw termite activities are back at the same spots. Looks like he only came and flicked off the lines. I ended up call a diff company (action termite) and they inspected my whole house and they found more activities. They told me no one have treated my house yet. Today company is a scam. They ghosted out on me abs lied abs said they came when they didn’t. I elll never recommend this company to anyone. I ended up choose to pay for a new company to treat my house rather than use the guarantee from this company. I called them explained the situation but the did t seems to care. All they says to me was “ok”. No apology

I had a massive ground beetle infestation at my commercial building shortly after the monsoon rains a few weeks ago. I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. Good service, good results and the price was fair.

Paul and crew at Pest Control One have been controlling our bugs for years. Plain and simply, what they do works great! I never have issues after or between treatments. Their new tech for communications and billing is great too!
