Bill's is THE Termite company to call, period.I've had contracts with the major brands and they can't compare to the service and results I had after I found Bill's Pest and Termite Control.How did I find them? I looked at reviews like this one, which convinced me to give them a chance. Now I wouldn't call anyone else. A few weeks prior to calling Bill's I called someone I'd done business with for years to come out and assess my property for treatment, I called the big T company and made an appointment 2 weeks out, that date came and went with a no-show, no assessment, no call, nothing. So I searched and found Bill's, Gemma came the next day, on time and was super pleasant to deal with. The estimate and treatment plan were quite acceptable, cheaper than I expected from the other company. So I agreed to put my trust in Bill's and made an appointment. The technician showed up right-on-time and spent many hours treating my home, he was kind and courteous throughout. I thanked him profusely for doing such a good job and he told me he didn't want to have to come back another time to fix any mistakes, he wanted to do the job correctly the first time I believed him. It's now been about 4-5 months since that treatment and since the day they were here I haven't seen a single termite, I'm pretty sure it's because there aren't any in my house. I feel like I made a great choice calling Bill's.

Craig, the gentleman who arrived to complete the service, was absolutely wonderful! What a scary thing to have rodents in the garage. Craig was very patient and explained everything to my daughter and I. He really made us feel comfortable and explained how the process worked. Every person I came into contact with at Burns was pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you so much for making my home safe again.

My service guy lets me know ahead of time wen he is coming. He completes the service in a timely fashion and leaves me my reciept before leaving. All in all very professional.

Dan is diligent, always concerned that he is leaving us pest free, and very effective. We have been with Western Exterminator for twenty-six years now and have been very pleased.

We use the pest control service, and I couldn't be more impressed. Sergio is always very personable when he sends me a text to let me know that he is coming to spray. He asks how the family is doing, and sends well wishes each time. He is extremely knowledgable about the creatures living in our area. He gives us a thorough run down of the insect/rodent, and the best way to get rid of them. He seriously has the best customer service out of anyone I have ever dealt with. The reason I am giving 4 stars out of 5, is the fact that I am not crazy about their billing system. If they would change that a bit, then I would be 100% satisfied.
