I found out I had termites and called Bill's Pet Control they sent out a specialist right away to look at my situation. After a complete walk through and explanation of my issue.I setup to have the work done and when the technicians arrived they where on time and very professional. They explained everything they where going to do and an eta on completion. They made sure i knew what they where doing and what to look for to make sure my issue was resolved. They provided the details of my service and warranty. They also asked me to let them know if i had any questions or issue. I will always call Bill's if i ever need help with pests again as they where very professional and made sure i knew what needed to be down at a level i was able to understand with out making me seem like i didn't know what they where talking about.

Mr. Diego Angulo was polite, answered any questions, and appeared attentive. He called me prior to arriving, roughly 15 minutes prior, which I liked. He sprayed around the edges of my whole house outdoors and inside my garage. He also put new traps in my garage. When he finished, he let me know he was finished and provided me with his business card in case I had any issues with pests within the next few days.

Nick is great. He's to the point and gets the job done - and done well! I'm so happy we found Fromms!

The company provides monthly pest control services to our home and rental property, they are accommodating with time and their fees are reasonable.

I worked closely with Danielle. She was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the types of services they provide, and which one best suits my situation. Steve was amazing came out, and provided wall to wall service. Whole staff is amazing. Only company I use. Please speak to Danielle she is amazing. Best pest control company in Arizona hands down.
