I recently hired Sam to paint the exterior of my house, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Sam and his team were professional, punctual, and efficient throughout the entire process. They took the time to carefully prep the surfaces and cover all of my plants and outdoor furniture before starting the job. The finished product looks fantastic - the new paint is even and consistent, and the colors are exactly what I wanted.

Sam was also great at communicating with me throughout the process. He provided detailed estimates and timelines, and kept me informed of any changes or challenges that arose. He even went above and beyond to help me with a few other small repairs around the house.

Had an amazing experience with the Orange Door team when they painted the entire exterior of my home. Ghaster Painting painted the exterior of house in 2014. They were very thorough in the bidding process, and gave me a complete and exact estimate of timeline and costs 24 hours after coming to my house initially. Once we agreed to move forward, they finished the job in 4 days.

The best thing about Ghaster is that they are very detail oriented, clean and professional. They cover everything that they work on, they choose the right quality paint and apply the right number of coats to make sure the job is done correctly.

I would highly recommend Ghaster for interior/exterior painting for both commercial and residential.

JOE does not stand by his work! He supposedly painted my chimney after I had to hound him to do so to match my house when the full exterior paint was done by him. After a few years all the paint is coming off and it looks like a speckled egg! I called Joe and his company to just repaint the chimney and they have made every excuse NOT to fix the problem!! They said it was 3 years and out of warranty and I should have told them earlier!! Like I walk on my roof or would be looking for a problem. Bottom line, I trusted them to do a good job and stand by any shoddy work. They flat out refused to make the situation right!! Bad business!! All they had to do was repaint the chimney. I suspect they actually never did paint the chimney the first time and lied about it because we had to recall them back a second time and had to hound them to do it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR JOE!! DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD!!! They are not straight up and are unprofessional!!!

Customer service was outstanding. They were here on time every day and they were very meticulous and thorough with everything they did. I will definitely refer them to other people.

Juan and his team were the best. They were profession, communicative, and reliable. They cleaned up after each day and the work was impeccable. I also changed paint color for some parts of the job in the middle of painting, and Juan was understanding and worked with me to make the adjustments. I was very impressed with both the team and the work.

We had an excellent experience with Certa Pro. They painted the entire interior of our home directly after purchasing it. They personally assisted us in picking several colors and completed the project quickly and with extremely high quality. We had a walk thru with one of the painters when they were finished and we didn't find a single issue or area to touch up. Their financing option was also very helpful and simple. We don't have a single complaint from the entire process and highly recommend them. Every person at Certa Pro made us feel like a valued customer and their work was perfect.

During paint project of the exterior my home had to call manager as they did not power wash entire home before painting.

While looking at home on final review asked painters why garage door was a gloss. Painters said with his years of experience it looks better. After looking at contract it stated gloss on Garage and Exterior doors. Tell me why they painted rear door with a flat paint if the contract said gloss.

I called the office explained I wanted flat on the garage that it looked cheap as it was flat to begin with. Original Salesman never called me back. If they would have returned my call and attempted to fix the garage I would recommend them....but they didnt. After investing so much money into project you would think they would want to make a customer happy. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
