They do monthly-bimonthly routine pest control. Have used them for Bees & termite control, spiders once in a blue moon we have cats. Easy to work with. Work with our time schedule. Been with them for a few years. Very dependable.

Okay pest control. I really question if the chemicals are really good for the environment or safe, which was the reason for trying them for over 2 years. Over time it's a bit of a hassle with monthly or bimonthly visits and not getting a block of time to be home, rather the entire day. Pricing wise it's the cost of home insurance in monthly installments and they only treat 8 months out of the year for bugs (worked most of the time) and half the year for mosquitoes (didn't work for our place) but you pay the same monthly rate regardless. There's a cancellation charge despite the 12 month minimum. Decided to leave after the price increase.

I have been using AZOrganic since the early 90s. The organic system they use has worked great. Always professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I have several opinions about the different services I use. The good one first: I have every-other month pest control. My guy Seth is the best. He is conscientious, and is impeccable about getting all the spiderwebs, etc. If I have to recall him in between-times for a problem, he comes within a few days. Now for the bad: I also have a Termite contract with this company. Before the company, AZ Exterminating was bought out by Western, they were great. Now if I have a Termite breakout, I can wait up to 3 weeks for service, which is supposed to be quick during active activity. The annual bill is set up to be taken automatically, but now no courtesy call or email to make an appt for my covered annual inspection and to refill my termite spikes. Without the inspection, the warranty is affected.

Excellent company! I can't stress it enough. My wife and I have been battling rats for months. We hired other companies but none of them could resolve our problem. We called Critter Ridder and Jason came out to our home and quickly found the problem. I have used Ryan with Absolute Pest Solutions on many occasions. As soon as we have an issue his response is immediate and always effective. His heat treatment was the only solution to a bedbug problem that nothing else would solve. He's saved my pine trees from a beetle that was killing them with just one treatment. All of his services have worked beyond our expectations and I know he also guaranteed that if it didn't he would come back and make sure the pests are gone. He is one of the most respectful, patient and honest business men we/ve dealt with. His knowledge and experience are well worth every dollar and I highly recommend him.

Critter Control Is by far the Best in the valley. We had roof rats we use three other companies before Critter Control. Not until Critter Control was on property if we get rid of the roof rats.

There was a minor reoccurring insect issue at my home, and Bug Guardian was a more affordable quote than other companies in town. There was ZERO upsell which is good, because most of the time you think you're being sold things you do not need.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
