I have been with Arizona Organic Pest and Termite Control for about 5 years and I love this company! I have written about them in Green Living AZ Magazine because of their eco-friendly, natural products.

I love when our Our technician, Justin, shows up. He rings the door bell, and by the time I get to the door he is already at work sweeping away cobwebs and inspecting for bugs. Justin is just so thorough.

We had a problem with fire ants in the backyard and crazy ants in the kitchen all gone with 2 applications.

Although this service is bimonthly, a quick text to Justin and he is out in a flash for in between maintenance if needed.

I appreciate Justin always has a smile and is an active listener and willing to make sure my needs are met and I am happy! -so rare these days!

Sean is an amazing guy!! Answered all my questions and explained everything very well. Took his time to make sure he got everything. He did everything to make this experience better. I have been using them for 5 years for my termites because the previous owners had their warranty. In the beginning they were awesome and easy to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time to come to treat the termites. I continue to keep the warranty but their customer service has gone downhill and you have to wait to get someone to come out much longer. I am kind of disappointed. This time they took photos of my termite activity and sent it in and said someone would call me back sometime.

Brandon is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and hard working. You get a good service at a good price. If there are bugs that come out between quarterly sprays, they come out for free and make sure your house/property is pest free. Highly recommend.

I have been in my home 14 years and had termite issues immediately after moving in and all the other termite places would drill my concrete and pour liquid and put chemicals in my interior walls, which never worked for very long. Then I found Arrow exterminators and I have NOT had any problems with termites. The service guys are great and the lady(s) I annually speak to in the office are nice and never rushed. Now, this does not mean raise my rate (LOL)

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

We had rats in our crawl space after a major remodel, so we called Critter Control. Jackie came out, did an inspection and explained the way rats function, the entry points and the plan to get rid of them. Mitch and Austin came out the next day, set traps, and enclosed the vents on the roof. In a matter of 3 days, the loud noises from the rats completely stopped. We are very happy and impressed with the professionalism by the entire staff of Critter Control. They are our go-to for critter issues. Hi Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with a service provider. They were prompt and informative, and did an excellent job finding and treating an ant infestation. We are very pleased with the results.

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.

Our technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. He notified us that he was on his way, performed his services thoroughly, and told us what he had done when he finished. I applaud this service.
