Best Local Pest Control in Phoenix AZ

Chase came to my home this past April and was very thorough. Excellent job! I chose Bill's because in the past I have seen my neighbors had used them as well, and had no complaints. After trying a couple of others prior to that, I decided to go with Bill's because of their time in the business and great neighbor reviews. I feel confident that if I have any further troubles they will be available to come out again and honor their warranty. I do plan on renewing with them from here out. Thanks again!!

He was supposed to spray both the inside and the outside of my house. I paid $110 and he only sprayed the outside. He then lied and said the tenants did not want him to come into the house. Total lie. He made no effort to make it right.

This is the worst pest control company. I have no idea how they're still in business. Every person I've talked to has had a terrible experience, including me. The customer service is horrible. They are very unprofessional. The services they offer are overpriced and underserved. We had a treatment and the bugs kept coming back. It took multiple calls, messages to finally get someone to respond. They came out again, and still we continued with the bug's. They double charged us, and again, it took an act of God to get them to respond, then being argumentative. We had so many problems with Beebes that we called another pest control company who we've been using ever since, who gets the job done. We had a year from hell with these people. DON'T waste your time or money!
