Best Lawn Pests in Phoenix AZ

We use Urban Desert Pest Control for our scorpion problems. We live at the base of a mountain so while the view may be great, scorpions definitely come with the territory. Jim is our technician and he is fantastic, great customer service, takes his time and is very thorough. We have just decided that in the hot months that we need service every month to make sure we don’t have a scorpion problem. Cheap insurance is the way I look at it. Try Urban Desert, they will take good care of you!

They have been treating our new house since November of 2017. We are on the semi monthly plan and if we have any issues in between they come free of charge. They are friendly, on time, and flexible with schedules. Very professional on the phone and in person. We will probably keep them forever!

I have used Watts pest prevention for all of my pest needs. They have done pigeon removal, termite service, mud daubers, scorpions, ticks, roof/field rats, you name it. The employees are always courteous and professional and I trust them in my home by themselves. I would highly recommend using them! Especially since they are a family owned and operated business!!!

If I could rate this company zero I would. When I spoke to the person who was setting up my service she lied to me about the price, When I asked them to pull up the call they gave me some bogus excuse on why they can’t pull up the call. When a supervisor finally reach out to me after a month of trying to get one to call me back. When I spoke to Chris the supervisor he was very unhelpful and did not provide me with a solution. Now they are charging me $200 to get out of this contract, when no one even explain that their would be a contract. This company lies and deceives you. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very rude customer service, trying to call because I have so many cockroaches in my house, the lady hanged up, what a rude lady please find someone else who can receive calls and appointments.
