We had Urban Desert Pest Control help us out with termites in our garage. They came out, inspected our home, pointed out what to look for, educated us on what needed to be done. We then scheduled the treatment for our home and it was all completed by Tino and Matt. They did an amazing job, even cleaned up the termite trails and provided great advice for next steps in keeping our home protected! KUDOS to the team for great customer service! Highly recommend Urban Desert to our neighbors and friends.

We just started our service with Truly Nolan but both the representative that assisted is setting up the service- as well as our technician who called me to explain his visit and he was on his way early, we very professional and nice folks. I appreciate that they were not speaking from a script, and it was an actual conversation. Steve was our service person and called because he was early- and once he found out we are not there full time, he said- no worries- I will take care of everything for you! This service is for a seasonal home, so we have not been there yet- but wanted to have the service started prior to a 1 week trip there in October 2019. (We just purchased the home in March 2019 and have only been there for a long weekend so far). TN was recommended by friends who use them for their seasonal home in Scottsdale as well, so we trust everything will continue just as well as it has started. Thanks!

Service was great and Insectek Technician Enrique Osuna Montes did a wonderful job of answering all my questions and explaining the process to me, what to expect and what to keep my eyes open for. I contacted Insectek based upon another clients recommendation and I am very pleased I did. Enrique was polite, very professional and thorough. I look forward to continued service with Insectek. My wife and I have had problems with roof rats for the past six years. We knew they came to this area because Scottsdale used to be dominated primarily by fruit orchards. Knowing this, we tried to eliminate the attractor by first removing the fruit trees on our property. Doubling our efforts, we then set traps and caught a few. A few weeks later, however, they came back. So, I called in the pros - and my first choice was Anteater. Shawn told me that rats are all over my area and that they travel. He said the only way to combat them is to continuously set bait. Anteater came out and set the locked bait traps around the house and behind our bushes . We now have a technician come back once a month to reload the traps. Our home is now rat-free and we're beyond grateful to have Anteater's help.

These guys are awesome! They helped my parents who had Bees in their chimney. Super responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for helping me with my bird nesting problem on my patio. Last spring I was at my wit's end fighting 3 and 4 times a day, every single day, to keep the birds from nesting on top of my roll-a-shields, not to mention the mess they were making on my patio with the nesting material. You found a solution that not only works but the appearance is also neatly done at a very reasonable price. Thank you, so much.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

Ricky T serviced our home today for rodent extermination, spiders, and scorpions. He arrived on-time, and was courteous and professional. He communicated well, and made sure we we had all we needed before he left. Thanks Ricky!

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.

We have used them at three different houses for both bugs and rodents and have been satisfied each time. Very professional service and knowledgeable technicians. The tech was excellent and extremely thoughtful, making sure to not track mud inside the house.

They came once and said they would be out the necesary times until it was controlled...now they wont answer my calls

Services explained well. Done on time and completed as said. Great service.

Techs always come out regularly on time monthly and they leave me a note. The only disappointment lately was a $200 charge just for changing my service address for a fifteen-minute drive away- was not happy about that, since I’ve been with them well over five years.
