Jose R. did a great job treating our home for scorpions and other pests. He was very detailed and did a great job. He was knowledgeable and gave us hints on how to keep scorpions away!

I had Sean come out and sprayed the inside upstairs and downstairs and outside of my house for bugs as I was actively looking for a new company! He was very nice and engaged! He let me know what to expect over the next two weeks he showed me how to set up the sticky traps because I hate bugs and don’t want to kill them. I look forward to working with Sean and appreciate all the advice he gave!

DJ was super friendly and professional. Asked about any/all problems I may have been experiencing and explained in layman's terms the basics of the services he would be providing both in and outside my home. Acknowledged the monsoon beetles and how those have been an issue for everyone valley-wide this monsoon season and installed a few sticky traps to help limit their ability to move within the house in the event they happen to find a way in. Knowledgeable of all products utilized and made me aware of the chemicals inside the house being safe for pets, but since the outside ones are a bit more aggressive, gave me a length of time to wait before I let them out. Overall, very efficient and helpful. I appreciate the pride and care Greenway takes in ensuring its staff takes care of its customers.
