We had a wonderful experience with Floor Source. We went to a couple of other places to get some estimates for a tile floor about 900 sq ft. , We decided to go with Floor Source. Dave Andrews came out to our home and took measurements and gave us a rough estimate but we need to see Floor Source,’s tiles to match what we liked. He gave us a few options and was spot on, so he came back with a new estimate and we agreed, The crew came out on time and worked a full day. They were timely, efficient and very friendly. The crew finished the job in 4 days. It looks absolutely amazing. We are very pleased with the work and the excellent professionalism. We would highly recommend Floor Source to do work. I was very excited for the install. However, tile was installed perfectly.. looked good. After careful inspection one tile was loose. Took 3 weeks to have it replaced. Installers did a very poor and unprofessional job on clean up. Furniture was left with 1/4 inch of cement dust n my bedroom. Noticed spots in tile. I paid for a cleaning crew to clean up. Was told spots could not be removed with mopping. Needless to say I hired a professional floor cleaning company . They also advised me that some chemical was used by installers to clean off the grout. Tile is still stained and was unable to be cleaned. Now I am stuck with a stained floor.

This company refuses to refund it’s customers unless they sign a contract saying they won’t put up any negative reviews. So I am putting this up for a friend who cannot. They were charged ($3000!) for a product that was not even used in their house. If you look also the majority of the 5 star reviews are obviously fake (all starting with the name of the company) and the lower star reviews detail similar problems as the one my friend experienced. Stay away from this company.

They were terrible. It took more than a few days for them to return my calls and then there was no follow up. When I tried to call again nobody ever answered. I would not have tried to work with them except that was the company my builder, Pulte was using.

We called them to come and look at our concrete floors, we were scheduled for the next morning at 9 am, we even received an email confirming our appointment and a reminder email the next morning about our appointment.
