Best General Repair in Phoenix AZ

We had a great experience using Bill's Pest & Termite service. From the initial inspection with Jonathan to the treatment with Dallas, they were punctual, clean and professional. All of our questions were answered and we never felt pressure to go with their service. So far, no signs of termites since the treatment!

From the schedulers, to the reps that send the service reminders and the techs that come out to perform the service you could not ask for a better team. They are always super friendly, very knowledgeable and do a fantastic job. We always get sales reps coming to our door to sell their extermination services and I always decline and share how happy I am with Green Home.

I'm not sure if it's this location exactly, but I am highly dissatisfied with the level of service from this company. The inspection went well. I was told that the tech would come on the 5th of February between 9-5, and now here it is the 7th, and no one has shown up, or called to reschedule the extermination. I have a relative who is in hospice care, and had to go to post acute care in preparation for the service, which is not an easy process. (Transportation, pain management, costs.) For us to do all of that, and have no one show up to work is very stressful. Now here it is two days later. A room full of black bags, no extermination, and the process must start all over again. Bad time for my family, and this company's lack of professionalism did not help, and was a waste of time. Update: Thanks for correcting my use of the word fumigation. Please let your tech's know that it's not called that. SMH.

The team is professional and courteous. They are always responsive to my calls. I like the safety of the products they use and so far it seems effective!

I really like the guy Eric who comes out to service my home if you need them to come back out and do an additional treatment they will and he’s super friendly and easy to work with thank you guys very much for all your help

Dave the owner is a trustworthy man who knows his business, communicates well, and got the job done quickly and perfectly. Highly recommend.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

Critter Control does a great job and always in a timely fashion. Trent, in particular, is very professional, knowledgeable and always makes an effort to accommodate customers’s schedules. I highly recommend Critter Control of Phoenix.
