We had an excellent experience with NLKD! Dave came to our home to give us an estimate to repair and resurface the kool decking around our 20 year old pool. The work would be complete in 3-4 days. Sean and his crew were amazing. They reconstructed my whole yard in October. Spring is now coming and all i have to say is amazing. I wake up to a beautiful oasis everyday and love it. Not only is my yard picture perfect they were very professional, never left my place a mess, always had things organized and picked up. My husband does underground/grading and he was very happy with their progress as well as their care of our place.

I don't ever give reviews but this company deserves it!!! I got their name from a neighbor that was very happy with her roof and I am glad I called them. Sean came by to look at my roof. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the process from beginning to end and answered all of my questions. He sent over a quote within a suitable time. The price was reasonable so I decided to go with them. When Brian and his crew were replacing the roof they were on time everyday, they cleaned up during the work and at the end of each day. They even removed my old satellite dish. Once the roof was complete Brian met with me to look at the roof to ensure satisfaction. Sean also reached out to ensure I did not have any questions or concerns. Now on to quality...I am a very picky person but this roof is beautiful! The pictures don't do justice. Hector and his crew made a block wall on my back patio. Their work was excellent. They did the work quickly and the quality is great. He was easy to work with and scheduled the job at his first opportunity. I would tell anyone I am pleased with the work he did and you would be pleased, I’m certain, if he did the same for you.

It has been 9 months since I did the Epoxy coating. There are random yellow stains from the elements that will not be removed. The upper coating has been peeling off from wear and tear.

The team was good to work with when they were doing the job but I have called a few times to see if they had any suggestions on how to remove these stains and there hasn't been a response.

I have done work as a sub contractor (plumber) with many contractors over the years. I have found that Gilbert and Centennial Builder’s truly care about the clients and the end result. As a business owner and sub contractor…. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them in my home.

He took out our window at our request the job looks horrible u can see it from the street and the inside looks like a pre school student did this. We have waited for 4 days to have him come back and fix it no showed. Cause we will call the az roc and go after him what a flake do not use this business for anything
