My call to Bill's was met with courtesy and professionalism. An appointment was scheduled and on the date and time, Gemma arrived for the inspection. Very efficient and thorough. Explained the proposed treatment and we scheduled the treatment appointment. Cost was well within my previous experiences in other Arizona locations (2). Casey arrived on time and was efficient. He answered all my questions and was done as advertised.

I have been with Insectek for almost 2 years now. They do an amazing job! They are very professional and provide excellent customer service.You get an email and text reminder a few days before the scheduled service.Eric our technician is friendly, professional and knowledgable. Extremely satisfied with this company. They were fast, prompt and most importantly did an amazing job. Kyle was knowledgeable, personable and worked fast to tackle our issue! This company made my family feel at ease and helped us get a hold on a growing issue. One last thing, my dogs dont like people but they liked Kyle so that should tell you a lot! Great company!

I got a proactive termite treatment done on my property, since termites are so prevalent in Phoenix. Justin was awesome, and the price was very fair. He went above and beyond in every way.
After he finished the job and left the property, I went into the bathroom, and smoke (yes, smoke), was coming out of the a/c vents, along with an acrid electrical fire type smell. It was most frightening. It dissipated after about 5 minutes, and has not come back, but I so appreciated that after I called Justin, he came back to double check everything to make sure that I was safe.
I’ve yet to determined what caused the smoke, but I did really appreciate Justin’s quick response to check everything for me, and give me peace of mind.
I would 100% recommend this company to other.

I had a great experience with russel pest control. The guy who came out, Jory, was super friendly and prompt. He was great at keeping communicating when he would be out so I had enough time to make sure my dogs were situated snd they were mindful of the storms, they let me know if it rained to hard they would be happy to come out and spray the outside again. I would recommend them and use them again for sure.

Pest control techs need new training cause contracted with my apartment complex and telling them bed bugs dont travel to units lie. Prior experience of bed bugs they do travel and also called other pest control and they confirmed they do.

After calling 5 companies to come out and deal with spiders this was the only one that called back promptly. Nicole was very nice, and got our business scheduled right away. John came out and did the inspection at two of our locations and recommended what to do. Adam came out and did the service at out Glendale location. Talk about attention to detail! Adam was amazing! And the amount of spiders he had to deal with was truly scary to most of our staff. :) Since the first service we haven't seen any spiders or insects of any kind. We just had the follow up done at our Glendale location and again Adam was amazing. Thank you! We will be following up with Invader Pest Management in the future.

Aldo and his team are amazing! Here in AZ i have used multiple pest companies in the past. Aldo takes the time to walk my entire property on each visit. Different than other companies that send a kid and a sprayer monthly....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.

Nick was able to get us scheduled right away. He was very professional and courteous. He was speedy, yet very thorough with his services. I love that he didn’t pressure us into signing a contract, like past companies we used. Thanks Nick for making sure we keep our home bug free !!

Great monthly service tech and keeps on top of issues.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
