Best Facilities Management in Phoenix AZ

I tried to use Burns. I really did. My daughter recommended them. On Saturday I went on line and filled out the Request a Quote Form. I received an email on Sunday that they were closed and that I would receive a phone call on Monday. So far so good right? Monday came and went without a call or Email. I called the office. They were closed. I left a message letting them know they had been referred to me by a current customer and I was disappointed that I hadn't heard from them. No call back Tuesday. NO callback EVER. If they treat people like this when they are trying to get their business it tells you they don't think communication with clients is important !COMMUNICATION is KEY guys.You Lose. (Daughter is also now changing companies)

We weren’t happy with the service of our prior pest control company here in Scottsdale and have been contemplating making a change. Lo and behold we were recently paid a door to door visit by Logan and were immediately sold on Aptive. Logan was very professional and quite informative. The pricing was also much better. The next day we were paid a visit by the serviceman, John, who was very professional and explained in detail everything he was going to do. We were very happy with John’s service and also found him to be an outstanding individual. When John was finished, he reviewed all the work he performed and told us if if there were any future issues we could call for a free re-service at anytime. My wife and I were very Impressed and highly recommend this company for pest service needs.Update 6/2022: This company is horrible and I can no longer recommend their pest control service. It went well early on and dropped off quickly. The technicians, if they bother to show, don't put in much effort and barely spray around the property. They no longer do a full perimeter spray like they sold us on in the beginning. Aptive also wont let you cancel their pest control service and make it very difficult.

Annette and ken are absolutely wonderful. They always address any need I have promptly and professionally. I have been a customer since the beginning. I have an assisted living home and they are always so responsive to my needs and for my residents. They do my pest control on house and grounds, take care of spring bee problems. I can call Annette and talk over problems with pests and she has never once in all these years let me down. Their charges are so reasonable and their follow up is amazing. Bobby has the pest control service I’ve used in AZ! He is very thorough, I’ve seen ONE dead bug in my condo compared to the multiple I’d find after my last service provider would visit. He was also able to get rid of the mosquitos and ants in my backyard. Bobby is very knowledgeable about the best products on the market and keeps me informed on his work. Highly recommend you call him for monthly service!

Smart Pest helped me with a difficult situation at the Orchard Mesa apartment complex in Mesa which has had multiple bedbug infestations. Smart Pest was professional, courteous, well-informed and focused on finding solutions to solve the issues. This is one of the few firms using the services of a trained bedbug sniffing dog. Highly recommend.
