Edited to add: They were fast at responding after my initial review. They came out again, to make it right. I am much better pleased with the results this time, and am happy with how fast they responded. They were not okay with a one star review, and that is good. I still see a few roaches every now and then, but not even every day, so I am pleased. With follow ups as needed, I feel the results will continue to be satisfactory. At this point, I can say I will use them again.I had them out three times to spray for roaches and I still have them. I am an extreme neat/clean freak and there should be no reason at all why I can’t get rid of these roaches! It is very frustrating! I went with them because they were the cheapest company I could find, but obviously, cheaper is not always better! I may have to just pay more for a company who guarantees their work. It is ridiculous to spend this much money and not have the roaches gone!

DJ really took the time to check before he started to make sure there were any problem areas to focus on, suggested extra protection around problem spots that I mentioned with sticky traps and additional spray coverage free of charge and even offered to bring my pile of heavy Amazon packages inside from the front porch for me! We live up at Carefree HWY where it is all pretty much desert scape around you, we have been having very bad scorpion problems lately due to all of the rain that we have been having. When I called Widow Pest, I was put on their schedule very quickly! Nick and Doug came out in a very timely manner and within a couple days we saw from before having 2-3 scorpions a day to none! they were such kind; personable men and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great pest control service!
