Having a few negative experiences with poor service and dishonest business practices I was looking for a new pest control company. I found URBAN DESERT PEST CONTROL and had a Five Star experience from start to finish!!! A man that says what he does then does what he says is rare in business and I feel grateful I found this company! Prompt, honest, precise and communicative are just a few words to describe Urban Desert Pest Control. We will be continuing with a monthly maintenance and encourage everyone to choose Urban Desert Pest Control.

Okay pest control. I really question if the chemicals are really good for the environment or safe, which was the reason for trying them for over 2 years. Over time it's a bit of a hassle with monthly or bimonthly visits and not getting a block of time to be home, rather the entire day. Pricing wise it's the cost of home insurance in monthly installments and they only treat 8 months out of the year for bugs (worked most of the time) and half the year for mosquitoes (didn't work for our place) but you pay the same monthly rate regardless. There's a cancellation charge despite the 12 month minimum. Decided to leave after the price increase.

Andrew, friendly and polite, does our monthly pest maintenance. He does a thorough job and always asks if there are any issues that need to be addressed. With Action Pest you always receive plenty of notice of the upcoming appointment and the day of Andrew calls when he’s on his way. I appreciate the professional yet personal way of how they treat their customers/clients.

I originally called 520 when we had a grasshopper problem and others in the neighborhood were having problems with insects around us. After just a couple treatments the grasshopper problem was solved and they come bi-monthly to spray. We have not experienced any issues since! The customer service is exceptional and the pest control is a great value. Would highly recommend their service to anyone.

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I highly recommend you call and ask for Hannah for all and any services. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does, it’s evident in her performance. If I could give 1000 stars and 1000 reviews for her I would. This company has something very special with her on their team.

I did the bargain packing from AZEX pest control and was very PLEASED! Great deal and Caleb (pest inspector) came out two weeks later and checked my whole house with their k-9. Once again very pleased with his professionalism and the dogs behavior. Having bed bugs is a nightmare but this company gave me piece of mind. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I just started using Sprague and wow what a difference! They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. Sprague employees are friendly and always ready to work and get the job done right.

Albert Ebanks arrived on time & did a great job. He went above & beyond by immediately sending us pictures and calling us to discuss the source of our ant infestation & the particular work he did to control them.
Tyler Norris worked long and hard, doing an excellent job, for our 1st termite control service. He was timely and professional. He had to drill, dig, apply the product and clean up to boot - he deserves high praise!

We are super impressed with Green Magic Pest Control! We have been looking for a pest control company for quite some time. I reached out to a few companies via email and phone and never heard back. A colleague of mine referred us here and I contacted Green Magic that same day. I was contacted back within five minutes of calling and Matt was very helpful in explaining the services/pricing. We did our due diligence in asking a few friends and family members what they pay for their services with other companies and Green Magic is SUPER reasonable in comparison. They also offered us a discount for our initial service which I really appreciate. Matt was able to schedule us for service the day after inquiring. Thank god for that because our pest problem has gotten a bit out of control and we needed someone to come out here like, yesterday. Soren did an awesome job while he was at our home. He was very informative, thorough, and kind. He removed all of the webs around our house and sprayed both inside and outside. Super happy with Green Magic's communication and service. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly not sure why I haven’t submitted a review sooner. They’re awesome! Antonio is our service tech. He’s a pleasure to work with, so kind and honest. Customer service is always responsive and helpful. Overall very impressed with their services!

I've been using Pro Active for a couple years now and they are fantastic. They always let me know when they are coming and ask you if you're having any issues for them to deal with when they show up. I've called them when mosquitos are bad for an additional visit and they show up quick, like same or next day to do additional spray. They are by far the best exterminator service I've ever used in the valley and my place is bug free.
