He was supposed to spray both the inside and the outside of my house. I paid $110 and he only sprayed the outside. He then lied and said the tenants did not want him to come into the house. Total lie. He made no effort to make it right.

Bug & Weed Mart at Central & Camelback is THE place to go if you have problems with pests. They will tell you exactly what you need and they don't try to sell you something you don’t. I went there thinking I needed to buy this product that costs $100.00. But he told me that for my scorpion problem, that would be overkill and sold me something that costs half of that! Now this is great customer service! Plus Joe is very nice and will happily answer any questions you have about your pest problem and the products that he offers.

This is a great family-owned business. They have been so friendly, responsive, and professional in every interaction. Our pest sightings have dramatically dropped since we have been getting our house serviced by them. We would feel very comfortable recommending them to any of our friends or family.

There was a minor reoccurring insect issue at my home, and Bug Guardian was a more affordable quote than other companies in town. There was ZERO upsell which is good, because most of the time you think you're being sold things you do not need.

When you see companies have 5 stars, you tend to think it's fake, but these guys did a great job for me at a great price and are the real deal. I haven't had any issues since they came. So hope it helps others when deciding which pest control company to go with. Thanks.

Better price and service than the big companies. One of the big companies wanted to charge 1200 for all these unnecessary things but they were able to control the problem for way less than that. The owner was the one who serviced me and was very professional and honest. They were always on time and available whenever I needed them. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to others!

I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. Good service, good results and the price was fair.

The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with.
