Nick got us on his schedule quickly, worked around our busy life, and kept us updated on exactly when to expect him. He was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain how the product worked, and assured our pets and babies were safe around them. No call no show, over 1hr late on 2nd try and waited 3 weeks for estimate and never got

i had Terminix for 20 years and when we moved into our new house, the previous owner had this company for termite control. THAT service was good so two months ago, i dropped Terminix for outside pest control in favor of these guys, all to save $100/year. they came for their first treatment on may 24, as i had ant problems. they sprayed in the dirt areas, not on the patio and a week later, the ants were back in full force. i called to send the guy out again.they said there would be a service/travel fee..to correct something they never got right.i have cancelled them and now back to terminix.
