Austin was able to come out the next day after we called and explained the process in detail after taking a tour of the house for a bug check. We chose not to do the heat treatment. He made sure we were aware of the fact that we should not keep our cat in the house while they sprayed. Leroy came out that week and helped move some furniture before starting. He was very professional and efficient. When he left, he called us to make sure we knew that he locked the house, as we were staying away that night. Leroy returned 3 months later for a warranty re-spray as a preventative measure (we had not seen any bugs after the first spray), and we have not seen anything since! This company is 100% awesome! We have been using Russell Pest Control for 20 years. We have always been pleased with their service. They have sprayed monthly for insects, and checked if we felt we had any other potential problems. The service people are always prompt and efficient. For the past year and a half they have always worn a mask which we have certainly appreciated. We anticipate never needing any other pest control company.

They could use customer service training in office. New staff was not confident in the products and services they offer and how to accommodate if you make a mistake. In all fairness...they are working on it with Management. I'm going to continue my service with them as things seem to be turning around. Ashley is the best and the owner!!

I use ryan for weed control. He is very knowledgeable with plants, trees and insects. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

Aldo is professional, personable, efficient, and overall amazing at his job. He presents all of the different options to you, and isn't out to just make a buck. I just recently bought a home and despite an inspection report that did not show any termite evidence, Aldo's inspection showed it was clear they missed some very obvious signs of termite activity. He gave me a couple of different options for approaching the problem to prevent any further issues with termites, and was very thorough in explaining how each of them would work and protect my home. As soon as I made a decision on which route I wanted to take, he was at my house within a week to get the job done! I would recommend Aldo's company 10x over!

We had Bobby come by to treat the yard for insects and gophers. He was very receptive to treating our problems and very available to answer many questions. I hope he returns for service at our house regularly.

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

Better price and service than the big companies. One of the big companies wanted to charge 1200 for all these unnecessary things but they were able to control the problem for way less than that. The owner was the one who serviced me and was very professional and honest. They were always on time and available whenever I needed them. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to others!

What else can I say, Scott is a lifesaver! He humanely removed a hive that had moved into an exterior wall a day before and came back in the fall to address a swarm that went in through another wall. Scott’s response time is awesome, he is super knowledgeable, and we are so glad he saves the bees. We hope not to need his services again, but will definitely call him if (when) we do!
