Had the pleasure of dealing with this company for a recent termite treatment at my home. Each aspect of the process - the initial phone call, the initial inspection visit, the treatment visit and the follow-up - was very professional and delivered as promised. Wally was a pleasure to deal with during the initial inspection and Josh performed the treatment with respect for my home and was very informative throughout the treatment. I hope I do not need their services for several more years, but have the confidence that I will be treated professionally and with respect should any challenges arise.

I recently contacted Precision because I needed termite treatment for my home I’m selling. I am in the process of closing, and in escrow, and had a very small window to treat the termites. I reached out to Precision and spoke with Valerie. She was kind, patient, professional, and answered all my questions. We were able to get an appointment on the books for a quote and treatment on the same visit! This was huge! Wayne called me the day of the appointment and set expectations on when he will arrive and what the process looks like. Wayne arrived on time was so knowledgeable, kind, and professional! He did the job and was in and out! Wow, it was so easy! They were very reasonably priced, and offered a warranty. It’s service like this that will have me coming back to this family business. Aldo and his team are amazing! Here in AZ i have used multiple pest companies in the past. Aldo takes the time to walk my entire property on each visit. Different than other companies that send a kid and a sprayer monthly....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

When I moved to a neighborhood filled with scorpions I freaked out! I tried one pest management company, who people raved about killing scorpions, that didn't seem to faze those nasty stingers! A friend recommended this company and I couldn't be happier! Whatever they use works, but is also safe. I have had the same person service my house since I started using them in 2017, making it even more personable. They take their time and do the job right. My tolerance is not very high for creepy crawlies and anytime I have had any questions or concerns about pests I have texted them pics/videos to which they have responded promptly to. This is a locally owned company and you can tell that customer satisfaction is important to them.

I’m not always very impressed but this company is very professional, knowledgeable and the technician answered my many questions and I didn’t feel like I was taking too much time! Very thorough and conscientious with solutions that work! You won’t be disappointed by this company!!!

I used this company to remove wasps nests that were located in the vents on my white foam roof. I have had other companies out but they refused to look on the roof saying that it was to tall. Which I understand, its a tall roof.

These guys weren't afraid and go up there and removed multiple nests. Glad I called. Will have them check again next year so this doesnt happen again.

My Mom has been using White Knight Pest Control for a couple years now and they have been great, very professional and willing to come out for extra treatments any time she sees anything she doesn't like. Recently we had a bit of a mix up with their phone service. Mom called the company and received inaccurate information which resulted in a huge expense to her. Instead of letting it go or blaming her, Danny at White Knight, helped her submit receipts for those expenses and made sure she was reimbursed. Thank you White Knight for doing the right thing and for taking care of a good customer. You are awesome!

Buzz Tech is a fresh and ambitious pest control company that is competitively priced eager to please! Kendall and Michael are both great to work with. We were experiencing a pigeon problem with our central Phoenix commercial building; they were out quickly to assess and began remediation immediately. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you're having pest problems.
