Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

Scott Shipley is the most ineffective bed bug company and unkind and arrogant. He has the City of Phx contract to do the heat treatment at all multi house apartments. He has a family member that is the president of the management company Christine Shipley. She is the president for Dunlap Mcgee the property management company for all City of Phx apartment complexes. The apartment walls are infested with bed bugs. He does the quickest inspection for bed bugs which is highly unprofessional. His integrity is extremely questionable and so is the family member Chrsitine Shiply who is the president of the management company Dunlap Mc Gee

I worked with Caleb from AZEX and he went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. He explained the process and how to look for and eliminate any bugs. He brought in his specially trained dog to help find any problems. In what could be a challenging situation, Caleb made the process easy. I would highly recommend AZEX and especially Caleb.

Aldo and this company are great! We have monthly service set up and have for 2 years now. Aldo will go above and beyond to make sure our house is sealed off keeping insects out. He initially came out when we had an infestation of bed begs because our tenant brought them in. He did a fantastic job of ridding our house of them without the need of fumigation. Aldo is courteous, respectful and kind. Our 7 year old loves when he comes over. I highly recommend this company!

Knowledgeable, but most importantly they show pride in their work and a commitment to their clients.

Meir is the best! He rid our house of pesky roof rats through comprehensive exclusion and trapping efforts. Meir is relentless and persistent in his pursuits. He doesn’t take any shortcuts and most importantly was affordable versus other service providers. We now use Meir for our quarterly bug spraying.

The technician was very sweet and in hind site I think he was trying to warn me. They were charging me per nest. I had no idea how many nests their could be and how hard it was to remove. He told me for example their could be 30 nests and I figured it would be hard to remove so I thought the price was fair, but what they won't tell you is how many nests you have once the look and then give you a price. They make you sign before they look. They take advantage of people who don't know anything about wasp removal. You assume it's a big project, but it's not. The way over charged me thousands! The guy was in and out for a half hour. Dishonest, don't trust them. They way over charge.

We had Budget Brothers come and inspect our house for termites. Their employee stayed less then twenty minutes and was adamant our house didn't have termites. A week later we had Truly Nolan come out and inspect our house. Their employee looked at our house for almost an hour and explained that we did indeed have termites. Budget Brothers is cheap, but their poor service isn't worth their deals.

My parents had the smallest beehive. A few hundred bees if not less than a hundred. Got charged $659.00 for their removal. I think my parents got scammed. Only reason we agreed to go through with it was because we have a severe allergy in the family. Bees needed to be removed ASAP! Scammed? I hope I get a refund or at least half the amount back. Literally the beehive was not even visible to the eye. It needed to be pointed out. I would love the owners feedback!
