Best Rodent Pest Control in Phoenix AZ

We moved to Arizona eight months ago and have been using Custom Pest since moving into our townhome. Since we share walls with neighbors, it was important to me to find quality pest control services. Custom Pest has exceeded my expectations. Johnathan and Pablo are professional, personable, and really seem to care for their customers. Our family is super busy and Johnathan and Pablo have been so patient with us when trying to schedule. We moved into a preowned home and noticed right away that there were
many pigeons on the roof. When it rained the roof eves would rain down
water and pigeon droppings all over our patio. What a mess. In addition the pigeons would leave droppings on the patio that required hosing off every two days. We did not know what to do. So we asked our neighbors and one of them recommended The Pigeon Specialist. They came out and I could not believe how effective they were. We rarely see a pigeon on our roof and at the same time we see multitudes of pigeons on our neighbors roofs. Having The Pigeon Specialist put up wire, mesh, and little wax dishes, really worked. i had Terminix for 20 years and when we moved into our new house, the previous owner had this company for termite control. THAT service was good so two months ago, i dropped Terminix for outside pest control in favor of these guys, all to save $100/year. they came for their first treatment on may 24, as i had ant problems. they sprayed in the dirt areas, not on the patio and a week later, the ants were back in full force. i called to send the guy out again.they said there would be a service/travel fee..to correct something they never got right.i have cancelled them and now back to terminix.

John was great and very responsive at first but now he will not respond to text messages and not let us know anything about scheduling our home or anything. Covid played a part at first and we were understanding but the lack of communication is not acceptable at this point.

Gary is very knowledgeable about all things pest. He's also very personable & kind, and he came over right away when we discovered a rat problem under our manufacturered home. We came up with a plan and now they're all gone! He also comes and sprays our weeds monthly. Very affordable & efficient services. So annoying. Couldn't even finish a sentence without constantly getting interrupted. I tried to explain the the person on the phone MULTIPLE TIMES that my location was on the second floor and he kept saying the price and didn't let me get a SINGLE word out.

DYLAN was supposed to show up to give me my money back and never showed up service is very poor. The owner of the company does not tell the truth he lies a lot. He calls apologizing for things he said to me on a text message and still has not paid me none of my money back. I’ve been waiting on him a couple of days to pay my money back and still has not came through. Service sucks does not know how to do bedbug service at all and I will not refer that company to anyone else . He will tell you he has Covid just so he doesn’t have to do his job. Very very unprofessional
