I appreciate Johnathan and his professional approach from dropping off his business card to our first phone call. He was extremely informative, polite and respectful. He knows his stuff and their product smells AMAZING! (Pet & Kid friendly) I had Johnathan come out same day, no contracts and no BS! The price is good and Johnathan recommend Bi-monthly services but under no obligation do you have to. I’m leaving this as 5 stars as long as the product and the extermination is as advertised. I highly recommend this locally owned business.

We have had the pleasure of having Wolf Pest Control service our property and home for the past 15 plus years. There has never been any issue that wasn't handled in a very timely fashion. I think they are just the best of the best! When we move, they are going to move with us!!!

The Pideon Specialist conducted a very thorough inspection of our roof and gave us many options for the removal and deterrent of the pigeons in our area. We are very pleased witht he work they have done.

Customer service was really rude, hung the phone up on my face trying to schedule an appointment. Tried to call back they ignored my call and closed the office early.

Annette and ken are absolutely wonderful. They always address any need I have promptly and professionally. I have been a customer since the beginning. I have an assisted living home and they are always so responsive to my needs and for my residents. They do my pest control on house and grounds, take care of spring bee problems. I can call Annette and talk over problems with pests and she has never once in all these years let me down. Their charges are so reasonable and their follow up is amazing. We had a minor scorpion issue and different insect issues outside. Joe recommended to put down a granule and then wet it. After wetting it we found many bugs dead on our patio two hours later. We were amazed on how fast the product worked and continually works. We also used a recommended spray and followed the instructions of spraying on the ground and along the walls. We have been basically bug free ever since. We also used the outside spray inside and have not seen a scorpion since. Thanks Joe for the good products.

I scheduled an appointment for a 3 hour window on a Saturday. They never called, never showed, and said they couldn't find my information in their system when I called. I wish I could invoice them for 3 hours of my life.

I am super stoked that I found a bug company that's actually reliable! I just moved here from another state and had never even heard of Bed Bugs. I used to have a regular company come out every month for ants and other regular critters but they were always late and didn't seem to care. I got a completely different vibe from these guys. Dylan walked me through the entire process and from the moment we spoke, I felt I was in good hands. Thank you for taking the time to talk to me for 30 minutes on the phone when I first called. I was in such a panic when I woke up with a dozen bites on my arm (I guess this can be normal for these suckers). I got an awesome deal and I am finally bite free!!

It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

The best termite company in Phoenix as far as I know, with the best prices. We used this company for nearly a decade without any problems. Their prices are cheaper than any other company I've called (others were 3 times the price for the same work), and they are on time, friendly, and professional. I recommend them to all my friends/family. When we moved in, we had an intensive whole house treatment done, and didn't have any more issues for many years. Now, as we move out we just need a few spots treated. Their website is being updated - it doesn't show, but they are licensed.
