Made an appointment for the afternoon which they said was fine only to call the next day and switch it for the earliest time possible. If you work a normal job don't use this company because they have no consideration of your schedule. The guy Jason only spent maybe 10minutes here. He only did the outside as I couldn't have him come inside and spray because my roommates were sleeping. He only did half the backyard. Then he told me that if it didn't work then to call on Monday and they would set a later time for next week when the person I called on the phone said there was no later avalible times for up to 2 weeks. They said they called everytime and texted for a week but I had to contact them myself because they didn't have the correct information and even after I verified multiple times my contact information, they called me by the wrong name. Overall their agenda is for them and they don't care about your needs or when you are busy or not. Jason said he didn't see not one ant, but that is because he didn't go around to the whole yard, wore sunglasses, and sprayed for maybe 5 minutes and was there a total of 10 minutes. Not happy and not a good way to start my day.

Annette and ken are absolutely wonderful. They always address any need I have promptly and professionally. I have been a customer since the beginning. Moved in to a major roach party recently. First time dealing with this so a friend of mine started calling around and found Dylan with White Horse was knowledgeable and had fair pricing. Well after meeting Dylan I am impressed he was honest and did a thourough spraying and baiting and then a follow-up. I am just about roach free and trust me it was bad. I highly recommend their service because this is a company with integrity.

We live up at Carefree HWY where it is all pretty much desert scape around you, we have been having very bad scorpion problems lately due to all of the rain that we have been having. When I called Widow Pest, I was put on their schedule very quickly! Nick and Doug came out in a very timely manner and within a couple days we saw from before having 2-3 scorpions a day to none! they were such kind; personable men and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great pest control service!

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. Had an appointment for an inspection and they never showed up. I paid for a yearly contract and will not use this company again.

We hired budget brothers to treat our home a few years ago and recently we found rodents in our attic and called them. They sent out a inspector and he found all the entry points. We just had a home seal and rodent service the guys were great.

I was referred to Critter control by someone else experiencing the nightmare of bird mites. Anyone experiencing this knows what I mean by nightmare! I really didn't expect full eradication, but I expected more results than what I ended up getting. Unfortunately, no pest company specializes in bird mites in AZ. I really wish one would take the time to research and figure out how to totally eradicate these monsters. I do have to give credit to the company for at least attempting to treat them. Most companies won't even touch you and I don't blame them after experiencing this for over two years at this point. The product they used isn't even recommended for this type of infestation. The technician claims they have had good results in the past, but I doubt what he was saying after questioning him on some specific information. I can't speak of the service for other issues, but if you're looking to eradicate bird mites I wouldn't suggest this method. I'm still on my quest before having to just move out until everything dies.....
