House Doctor Exterminating is a wonderful company! There was no wait to get in contact with someone when calling and Stephanie who answered the phone is VERY friendly, caring and helpful! Seems like a family owned business from my experience, and they really care about their customers. Jim came out to get rid of some Sugar Ants and the process was quick and painless! Jim is extremely knowledgeable and a very pleasant individual. He explained every step, every chemical and their purpose, identified reasons why the ants withing the first 45 seconds on being inside the home, and offered ideas for products that would help keep future pests at bay. We actually walked and talked the entire time he was spraying around the house. Very professional, knowledgeable guy who is pleasant to converse with even while working. Look no further than House Doctor Exterminating! Jim told me the ants would be gone in a day, and just as he said, the next day all of them were gone and I haven't seen one since.

Had issues starting 2 years ago with squirrels and mice in the crawl space between the ceiling and roof. A friend recommended Serenity Pest Solutions. I never had pest problems in the past and assumed someone would show up, drop a few traps and come back to check them at some time. Wasn’t expecting much.

I was extremely pleased to see that Justin had a detailed strategy to rid my home of pests. He used bait, traps and cameras to identify and remove the rodents.

After eradication, he used his construction experience to patch all the cracks and crevices in the roof to prevent re-entry.

Have not experienced any problems in well over a year. No more spiders and scorpions either.

Justin has excellent communication skills and always coordinates monthly follow-up maintenance appointments as well as giving an in depth explanation of the pest removal process.

I had a great experience with russel pest control. The guy who came out, Jory, was super friendly and prompt. He was great at keeping communicating when he would be out so I had enough time to make sure my dogs were situated snd they were mindful of the storms, they let me know if it rained to hard they would be happy to come out and spray the outside again. I would recommend them and use them again for sure.

We’ve been using this company since we bought our house 6 years ago. They do our termites every year and we get sprayed for pests every 3 weeks because we have a lot of scorpions around us. They do amazing and we’ve always had TJ spray. He’s so thorough and suggested a few years ago to do our attic and now that we do that once a year we haven’t had any scorpions in our house (knock on wood) and whenever we see one outside it’s always dead. TJ has also gone above and beyond to try and get to our house before I have to leave for an appointment whenever I have one on the same day because we have a toddler and baby and really need to stay consistent to not get any scorpions in our house with the kids. He’s also so nice and we’ve always felt really comfortable with him. We’ve had different people do our termites and they’ve all been nice and thorough too.

Called ahead to snag some Cy-kick for a spider issue, and ended up having a 20 minute conversation with Doug the store manager! This place always seems to go above and beyond making sure their customers are fully informed on the products they are purchasing. I'll definitely be visiting again!

My Mom had just got a place in Sun City and said she was getting bit. Found these bugs on her bed. It was a Saturday. She was obviously super freaked out. This wonderful company came out to hers in 30 min....on a Saturday!! He explained what they were ( not bed bugs,) and also explained that she was allergic to carpet beetles not getting actually bit. He gave her several options on how to get rid of them and a very reasonable price for taking care of it himself...that same day. We have been using this company for a total of 9 years. We have always had the same technician (John - He is absolutely AMAZING!!) I only get sprayed once a year (maybe twice) a year. Last year they tried to make me pay a restart fee of $85.00 and I complained stating that was crazy so they kept it at $50.00. I called today for a spray and again with the restart fee of $85.00 + $5.00 gas charge. I told her again I wasn't going to pay it. I pay $50.00 and that is it. She then wen into how they had to raise their prices this year......Yeah because you want everyone to pay these outlandish prices when they don't sign up for monthly services!!!! I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN!!

These guys have been doing our pest control for years. They show up when they say they’re going to show up, they do a good job and the price is right. We have had good interactions with their office and the owner is available if needed. I highly recommend BUDGET BROTHERS.

They came out and gave me a quote for getting rid of a hornets nest. It was scheduled and the technician who arrived, on the hottest day of the year so far, got rid of those pests quickly, quietly and without disturbing my digs too much. It was so smooth.
