Ugh. Pest control. This is one of those areas that I feel like I shouldn't need. Right? I mean, I can go to Home Depot, sprinkle some stuff around the house and be good. The problem is that never actually seems to work.

Aaron and his team showed up at our house with their satisfaction guarantee PLUS a guarantee that if between services we encountered a problem, they would return and treat for free. That's hard to pass up. If I have a problem, you'll take care of it at your cost? Sold. (Side note: I love aligned incentives and that's definitely an aligned incentive)

It's definitely more expensive than my Home Depot strategy, but these guys are far more effective. Let's say my strategy was level 2 effective, this is level 10 effective.

No scorpions (inside), no ants and a substantial decrease in creepy crawly things in the yard.

I met Jacob who was so personable! Bless him in 100+ degree temps! I didn't have bug issues, mostly mosquitos on outside patio, but he explained the value of preventative measures. I appreciated him sharing especially when other neighbors have had a different experience with insects, scorpions and other bugs.I also appreciated Travis' (the service provider's) punctuality and honesty. He was very understanding and listened to my previous experience/inexperience with issues and answered my questions well.

I love the truthful stance this company takes on treating mosquitoes. They offer to use fully organic products where people and pets will be, but use stronger sprays to control these pesky creatures elsewhere. Plus, they guarantee their work and will come back out for free if required.

Their termite guy Steve has be prompt and thorough on every job he has done for me or my clients and provided extra value to his service by noticing other things in the home that may need attention way beyond termite control. Rid-A-Bird is a trusted source and I highly recommend for all your Pest, Weed, Termite, and Bird control/treatment. Oh, forgot to, mention, snake removal too....they have come out on short notice when there has been an unwelcome visitor near the house to remove.

This is the company to call when you have a bee problem. They were very responsive - came the same day I called to assess the issue and had the work done the next morning. When dealing with bees you want fast response time and this company has it. Really professsional and knowledgeable!!

These guys really are the best in the business. They are thorough, knowledgeable, professional but most importantly they are an honest local business.
