House Doctor Exterminating is a wonderful company! There was no wait to get in contact with someone when calling and Stephanie who answered the phone is VERY friendly, caring and helpful! Seems like a family owned business from my experience, and they really care about their customers. Jim came out to get rid of some Sugar Ants and the process was quick and painless! Jim is extremely knowledgeable and a very pleasant individual. He explained every step, every chemical and their purpose, identified reasons why the ants withing the first 45 seconds on being inside the home, and offered ideas for products that would help keep future pests at bay. We actually walked and talked the entire time he was spraying around the house. Very professional, knowledgeable guy who is pleasant to converse with even while working. Look no further than House Doctor Exterminating! Jim told me the ants would be gone in a day, and just as he said, the next day all of them were gone and I haven't seen one since.

Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. The employees are professional and friendly and are always dressed in uniform. We highly recommend Russel Pest Control!

All the bugs are gone plus the scorpions. I have been happy with Bug Science for almost a year. They are on time as scheduled, and are courteous which is good for someone you're going to let into your home. I have a lot of vegetation where bugs live and Bug Science helps me keep up with it. Found that bees had moved into my eaves. Called ASAP on Sunday night and made an appointment for removal first thing Monday morning. Contacting ASAP was easy, they showed up on time, professionally resolved my bee problem, and provided a great value! ASAP even took steps to ensure that the bees don't return and provide a warranty if they do! It's been three weeks now and no bees! I am a very satisfied customer!

It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!

These guys really are the best in the business. They are thorough, knowledgeable, professional but most importantly they are an honest local business.
After years of dealing with scorpions inside of our home and dealing with multiple companies attempts to mitigate the scorpion problem, A-Agents got the issue under control in just 2 visits and we've not had a scorpion inside since.

Yeah this is unfortunate, but the girl that answered the phone offered no help but only to reschedule for another day and for this I have to write this review. I made this appointment a week ago and made it for a Saturday because I didn't want to take time off work to be home. So we scheduled for Saturday. We got the confirmation call to say they would be here but in the end they went to the wrong house. I only know this because I called to ask for an eta since the appointment was for between 12-1 and it was now 1:30. When I tried to give them my info they said they had it for our other rental. I suggested they call the tech and tell him he was at the wrong house but should could not accommodate that request. . I called our other house and asked if there was someone there doing some pest control and they said yes he had just arrived. I asked that they let him know he was at the wrong house, he said he would stop and call the office. As of this review, no call so I guess they just moved on to the next house. My complaint is not that they made a mistake because god knows we all make them, my complaint is the lack of effort that was made to accommodate us when we have been existing customers. The person seemed to be very patronizing and not willing to help me get this done on the day it was scheduled. I hope they don't expect to get paid for this!
