I had a leaky roof and Reimagine Roofing exceeded my expectations after repairing it. I had the pleasure of working with Tony Williams. He was professional and gave me detailed notes after inspecting my roof. The worker got right to it and the difference was like night and day. After the repair, it looked like a brand new roof was installed. Will definitely recommend Reimagine Roofing to people and will use them again for any future job.

I highly recommend Zona Roofing! Great experience from the get go. Ryan came out and inspected the roof. He even discussed cost saving measures with me. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up everything. I appreciated that Ryan gave me several options and discussed pricing. Jessica in the office is fantastic! Very easy to work with and helped with scheduling and payment. We will definitely use Zona Roofing again if we have any roofing issues!

Had an appointment for Reyes to come out and give me a quote on roof replacement. Made sure I was home an hour early, and shuffled my schedule around so I could even be there a half hour later than the appointment. Reyes was a no-call, no-show. I understand running late, but why would anybody do business with a company that isn't even reliable enough to call when they are going to be late?

UPDATE: In response to the company's belated response: I simply reported on my experience. Your company was trying to get my business, so you should have been doing everything you could to make sure we were impressed with your reliability and trustworthiness. As for your allegation that the owner came out the next day to apologize, this is simply not true. The only time a Reyes employee came to our door was the day after the missed appointment, and that employee - whether he was the owner or not - acted surprised when I said that they had missed the appointment the day before, and he said that he was there on the correct day. You are just trying to make your business sound more responsible than it has proven to be.

I used Thomas Roofing in the past and I didn't hesitate to call them again to have my old roof replaced. They did a great job. They were prompt, worked very hard and cleaned up prior to leaving. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof repaired or replaced.

If this is a sign of things to come, I'll be back! And recommend as well. Capstone employee was on time...courteous..honest...and fixed a tile that had lifted for free. All within 15-20 minutes. Good job!

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!

I appreciated the professionalism of the Canyon State Roofing & Consulting team, from Jim who answered all my questions regarding the quote, Miguel, the project manager, who kept me informed and regularly checked in with me and the job. The team did a great job within a couple of days due to the crazy, rainy weather we were having. I highly recommend Canyon State Roofing & Consulting for all your roofing needs.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Our new home was built by this company and we had solar put on before we closed. A few years later we discovered a leak and asked them to come out and evaluate/repair the leak. We had the appointment set for over a week to meet the solar company at the same time so we could figure out who's at fault and what the issue was. An hour before our scheduled meeting I get a call from their office stating they don't have any record of the solar being put on at the same time as the roof and they think we did it after the roof was installed. Well just because you don't have record of that, that's not my problem. I'm 1000% certain it was put on at the same time because it was all purchased as new with the house. There's no way the solar wires would have been ran through the roof and walls inside the house if it wasn't done at the same time. If you this company would have even bothered to come out they would have been able to see that.

This company is trying to dodge responsibility because someone is their office doesn't keep good records. An ROC complaint has been filed for this issue and if you look on the ROC website you will see the NUMEROUS other complaints filed against this company as well.

Once again... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY at all costs... I cannot stress this enough!!!!

This roofing company was so helpful when it came to getting a new roof. Whether it was discussing the quality of shingles, to even choosing the colors! They were incredibly knowledgeable, and walked us through every single detail of what needed to be done. Their work was prompt, professional and they didn’t leave any mess behind! I would highly recommend them to anyone for their roofing needs.

Gryphon Roofing was excellent, fixing a complex leak as well as the mess left by the first roofers we had. I could not be more impressed and pleased with Alberto, who worked alone (!), speedily and skillfully, and shared photographs that documented the work done. Buying a new home. The inspection gave me a vague about the roof. I found this roofer from Google local places. I called. He went out the next day to do an inspection.. a 2nd independent inspection. He advised me my roof IS in good shape. Just great service. Very fast. Didn't try to take advantage of me (I wouldn't know a good roof from a bad!). Nice to know an honest roofer is out there. January 15, 2021. They showed up on time for the inspection. Their price was the best of my 3 estimates. Their crew showed up on time and worked hard for a full day. My roof took just over two days. That’s probably because their crews were very well staffed. At least five guys at once and sometimes more. That was important to me because I had a neighbor down the street with two guys on it for about eight days. Once you pull the trigger on getting the job done it’s nice to get it done quickly and with the least amount of inconvenience. Turner Witt was here a lot during the job. So was the roofing crew Forman. I would rate this company very highly and recommend them to even friends of mine.
