I had multiple roof tiles come loose from wind. Had another roofing contractor come out and tell me I needed 6 tiles replaced and he could do it for $350 cash.
Call Scott Roofing (dispatcher was great) and she set up a free consult. When the estimator (Sal Corona) came out and climbed on the roof told me that the membrane was good, I only had 1 broken tile, and he proceeded to put the remaining tiles back in place. He came down, gave me the broken tile, and told me where I could get a new one for free. He then instructed me how to install the new tile. And he didn’t change us anything! Wealth of knowledge, customer focused, and honest. You can’t ask for more.

I just used them for the third time. I had a small leak in my roof and the sales person came out to take a look. He said it was an easy fix and took care of it on the spot. The kicker? No charge. Try getting that service with any other roofing company! Lyons will always have my business.

From the first call to the finish I was completely happy with the service and work done. The ease of getting the quote, picking the shingles and setting the work dates was awesome. Would definitely refer to friends and family as will as use again on other properties when needed.

I've had nothing but the best experience with Vertex Roofing from start to finish. I was interested in getting my house re-roofed with a metal roof so I submitted a request through Home Advisor as well as called several roofing companies in the area. Shortly after submitting a request, I got a friendly yet professional call from Vertex who helped answer questions and set up an appointment for an estimate. I was very impressed with Alex from Vertex who came out to walk the property and discuss the details of size/cost, etc. He gave a thorough presentation of the product and answered a ton of questions I had. I was highly impressed. After our initial appointment, I decided to have other roofing companies come provide their estimates for a comparison. I was quickly faced with impatience, unprofessionalism, and incorrect quotes/estimates from every other company that came out. After some time and thought, I decided to hire Vertex to take on the job. Alex helped work through some modifications to the initial contract and was always quick to respond to questions, etc. Fast forward 6 months to install time, I got to coordinate installation with Jim who was very responsive and informative. On the first day of install, I got to meet the foreman Robert and his crew who were super friendly and personable. I could immediately sense their level of professionalism and etiquette. They were careful to protect all of the equipment (AC unit, pool, deck, heater, etc.) prior to getting up on the roof. After delivering the roofing material, I noticed that the metal panels were not the agreed upon size on the contract agreement. I mentioned it to Robert and he immediately reached out to Jim. Jim personally called me to sincerely apologize for his error on ordering the wrong size panel.
I truly respected his honesty and his determination to make it right. He did everything he could and somehow worked his magic. He made some calls and was able to expedite delivery of the correct material the next day! The crew worked quickly but thoroughly. Each day I came home from work, Robert and the crew would give me brief updates and were happy to take a look at some problem areas such as a rotted fascia board I noticed. Robert took this on and made the repair promptly. When the job was complete, Robert gave me a quick tour up on the roof and chatted about maintenance advice, etc. The crew cleaned everything very thoroughly including any loose nails or screws that fell. Overall, I was highly impressed with Vertex and the beautiful new roof that I have. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future!

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. I was very pleased with Overson Roofing!! Gilberto, their supervisor ,took pictures of the damaged tiles when he inspected my roof and showed them to me and explained what repairs needed to be done. Emily from Overson's office scheduled a repair date the next week and the repairs were done on schedule. Their price was fair and I was pleased that I chose Overson. I would highly recommend them.

Used Curtis-C for new gutters on our house. The process was all incredibly easy and the price was very reasonable. A year ago Joe and the team at Circle G repaired our roof and we could not have asked for a better experience. Their service was fantastic and price extremely competitive. Last weekend our roof sprung a new leak. I sent an email to Joe and received a response within minutes. He came out on Monday morning and repaired the damage which was caused by woodpeckers not a defect in their work. He did not charge us a dime for the work he did. I so appreciate the level of customer service they provide which is extremely rare these days. I highly recommend Circle G if you need work on your roof.
