I had a roof done by Lyons years ago, and it was a good experience, so I called them when I needed another roof done. John, the estimator, came out and was extremely professional. I was happy to go forward and got all the required paperwork in place. I was told I'd be contacted by a scheduler in a couple of business days. That was weeks ago.

I have been given the runaround on the phone twice, today by offsite reception--not actually Lyons Roofing. The man who answered kept interrupting and interrogating me about details the company already has. He never took into consideration the reason for my call. Instead of listening or pausing for a second to hear why I was calling, he just kept interrupting to ask questions, and answered none.

The whole experience made me extremely uncomfortable, and I admit I lost my patience. I was already at the limits of my patience before this call, due to the complete lack of communication from Lyons Roofing. Why aren't they following through? Why do they have someone from outside their company interrogating customers? I expected so much better from Lyons Roofing.

I had to replace my entire roof which was a very expensive and stressful situation. I hired Brian and Shawn from PCC and was totally satisfied with this experience They were caring, professional, efficient, and thorough. It was a three day job, and every day before the workers left, they cleaned up and it looked like no one had been around. I certainly hope that I will never have to repeat to do this again, I would hire PCC without any hesitation. If you need competent, call PCC.
