RENCO Roofing came out to do our roof and we've been quite pleased. There were a few hiccups along the way but Devon was amazing to get everything taken care of. He came to the house twice to take a look at something and answered my husband's numerous emails with patience. He was very professional. The guys doing the work were great as well. Working hard throughout the day and breaking only for lunch. Very efficient and hardworking! 10/10, would recommend

This place is weird field estimator very unprofessional come to the home sit in the car for a long time according to my neighbor and leave without ringing the door bell, out of the blue I get an estimate I thought these people are highway robbers I didnt get any estimate from them what so ever.. customers service is just as bad beware people

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. Very impressed from the beginning, during, and when they were done. They responded to our initial call very quickly and gave us a very fair estimate. The communication was excellent. They kept in contact as to what to expect, when they would start, during to see if we had any concerns, and after to follow up. They cleaned up after themselves each day. It only took them two days as they had five guys working each day. I have already given their name to a coworker. We will continue to recommend them highly.

I’ve used Gryphon for several patch-up jobs and there have been no leaks. Later I went with a cheaper company, and after a couple rains, the leak was back. Forget it, I thought...I’m calling Gryphon to replace the entire roof.

The workers were on time and cleaned up well. The only disappointments were that there were tire marks left on the driveway and debris in the pool.

Wow, such a great company I ended choosing to call. I’ve been scammed by well known companies before, so I’m very cautious about who comes and tends to my home, but I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough and reasonable Next Gen was. Turner came to my home promptly on time and he was courteous, kind, professional, and just about sweeter than cherry pie. Also, by God’s celestial hand, the most down right good looking piece of pumpkin pie I’ve seen in a quite a long time. Oh Lord, if these old bones didn’t fail me and I was 30 years younger I might have not let him ever leave. I just about asked him if he wanted lemonade 45 times just so I could look up on there roof and gander. He also mentioned he used to be a plumber once in passing. Had he still been I’d have him cleaning my pipes daily. Gotta warn an old gal like me before they send these young things to our homes. If you ever are looking for a solid roofer, who is there to work and make your life easier, Turner and Next Gen is your company. I just about hope my roof gets destroyed once a year so that tall drink of iced tea would just come back. Definitely go with Next Gen, left me as happy as a clam at high tide.

In-Ex's pricing was on par with other companies. Daryl was our point of contact and he made the entire process smooth. He was very clear on what we could expect and was easy to reach/communicate with. The written contract is thorough and easy to understand what is being done. The office crew was easy to communicate with as well. We appreciated the emails to help us get ready for the project. The roofing team was on time each morning, respectful of our yard, and cleaned up each afternoon. After the job is over, we had a walk through with Daryl and he noticed a paint mismatch that we didn't notice so I appreciated his attention to detail. I hired Circle G to repair our roof after a year into owning our home. They delivered high quality, prompt service at an affordable rate. It was the best experience I could ask for regarding home repairs.
